This company has a negative account on my report which is false. I have notified them by facsimile, and united states mail, and the bank has also notified them, however, the negative account is still on my report. Whenever, I call ChexSystems, I get voice mail. There is no way to contact them by phone, email or the internet. I have faxed ChexSystems my dispute and mailed it to them several times, but I never hear anything back. The bank has also notified them the negative report is not true, and should be removed. The bank issued me a letter saying the report to ChexSystems was false, and they would have it deleted, and ChexSystems still hasn't removed the false negative report. This company has no business being in operation. How can they be a supposed credit reporting agency when there information is fraudulent, wrong, and made up of lies, and there is NO WAY to contact them. They NEVER answer their phone, and they NEVER respond to facsimile or mail.
