I Andrew J. Spinnell, am an attorney located in New York City. I did not post the ripoffreport.com postings claiming that I seek to commence a class action against Philip Seldon. I have no intention of commencing a class action against Philip Seldon and am not aware of any basis to do so.

I do not know who did this posting and it was done without any foundation or basis in fact and certainly was done without my knowledge or permission.

This report was filed by a litigant of a law case, Philip Seldon, to defame, harass, and damage an indivuidual with libel causing pain and suffering.

Philip Seldon harasses people with fabricating libel Internet postings on Ripoff Report. Below is some of his methods of the past.

And he suggests planting tidbits about business rivals in local gossip columns--truthful tidbits, presumably, to avoid libel laws--or informing authorities if someone cheats a bit on his or her taxes.Send every stitch of an unworthy mate's clothing to the dry cleaner - particularly one across town. Complain to the sanitation department about recycling at your apartment building and even the most tidy landlord is likely to get slapped with a fine.Seldon says he emphasizes revenge that stays on this side of the law. Letter bombs are out, sending pizza deliveries is a no-no and signing someone up for junk mail is taboo. Instructing people in the tenets of the revenge catharsis is Philip Seldon, who teaches the New York learning annex class on payback. Seldon sees revenge as the natural order of things."I have had a lot of people mistreat me in my life and I have seen a lot of people go through a lot of anguish," says Seldon, rattling off his own personal tales of revenge at a head-spinning pace, punctuated by gleeful chuckles. The consumer comment above sounds like they are suggesting that CROW CHEYENNE  is going to have more babies with another scammed and duped woman - must be that this woman has zero brains that is why Crow whose IQ is below room temperature, has hooked up with her . But BABIES they can not make - CHEYENNE CROW is impotent and can not have any more babies. His own 4 children hate him and spit on him. He mistakenly left his computer open a couple of times and I have seen his conversations online with other men. He is bisexual and impotent - the women are a cover to hide his insecurities arising out of being bisexual and impotent. Everyone who has worked with Cheyenne Crow and David Bychkov at Exmovere have reasons to believe that the two are bisexual and were probably involved with each other , too. Funny that one has lost all his kids and cant procreate anymore and the other hasn't been able to make even a single baby !!! Mills of God grind slowly, but they grind very very fine..

I am sure he is missing his children -- but the best thing he can do is amend his ways and maybe if he is given a chance by God to start a new family -- that will be his redeption. He can undo the mistakes he did as a younger man and raise a new family as an older man. Today's Father's Day.  Not for Hurben (aka Cheyenne) Crow.  During one of our few telephone calls (most correspondence was via e-mail), he explained to me that while he'd been ordered by the Court to seek counseling before he could have visitation rights, he "wasn't the crazy one" and "didn't need help".

Seems to me, if a loving, kind parent can DO something in an effort to maintain a healthy relationship with their children, they WOULD DO IT? 


In addition, while he told me the truth about having four (4) children.  It appears he lied to everyone else and only claimed one child.  What's that about?

So you are maiking a good point - Bychkov signed the purchased agreement and he is responsible for making sure all was legitimate, form the purchases, to the way monies were spent.

CEo David Bychkov signed all stoc purchase contracts from shareholders after the investor would turn in their paperwork to the company. David Bychkov is responsible for ensuring that all stock purchases are compliant with SEC regulations. All stock purchase agrement forms are signed by every investor and then by CEO David Bychkov. To insuinuate that Crow ripped off people is abusrb and immature in business since there are procedures for the stock purchases to be compliant with SEC stock sale regulatory compliance. CEO Bychkov was responsible for all contract accuracy, money booked into the corporattion from the sales, and for the spending of the monies for company projects. The individual writing these vindictive reports sounds very uninformed. Men and women from all over the world invested in the Exmovere technology.

Britney appears to be Cheyenne Crow and most of what he writes is not true. In another posting on this site he wote that Exmovere is selling for $14 a share. Exmovere is not selling at $14 now. The latest listing on the Frankfort Stock Exchange (where it is listed) is 3.45 euros which is $5.05 a share. Hence the current price is not $14 a share but $5.05.
 
Cheyenne Crow knowingly sold stock to unaccredited investors (a SEC violation) and I observed him doing that. He tried to sell $100,000 worth of stock to me knowing full well that I was not an accredited investor - he told me that it did not matter and that he would sell me the stock anyway as a friend. I observed him romancing his girlfriend, Irina, who earns just $20,000 a year, into investing $25,000 of her hard earned money into Exmovere telling her that her money would double when Exmovere's IPO would take place in January, 2011 in just a matter of weeks. There was no IPO in January and her money will never double - she bought in at $7 a share and there is little likelihood that she will ever be able to sell her stock as there is virtually no sale of shares on the Frankfort Exchange - currently a bid for 600 shares as of June 3, 2011 and no other activity. Cheyenne knew full well that Irina who is an esthetician could not be an accredited investor.
 
Cheyenne romanced the eight other women he took $300,000 from and was fully familiar with their finances and knew that they were not accredited investors and no verification was done to determine that they were accredited investors. These were SEC violations.
 
There is little likelihood that Exmovere will ever have a successful IPO as it has had no meaningful earnings or meaningful cash flow from operations during its entire existence. It has been unable to sell any of its products so far and its direction for its latest project may be misguided.
 
Anita Tipler who sued Exmovere to get her $150,000 back has not had all this money refunded as Crow states even though she settled her lawsuit. The settlement calls for her to get the money back over time in dribs and drabs from future income of the company - one must wonder if she will ever see her money back. The sale of the stock to her was a SEC violation.
 
Several of the women who Cheyenne Crow romanced into investing into Exmovere are getting together (having met through this hotline) to see if they can get him arrested for fraud. 


 

All shareholders sign the shareholder agreement form contract agreeing to all terms and conditions. After that process, CEO Bychkov signs all contracts to verify that the shareholder has agreed to all term and conditions along with their funds verifications. Bychkov or Crow neither receive the money from a shareholder since the checks are mandated that all funds are dispursed in the corporation's name. There is no rip-off of money as protected by CEO Bychkov from happening.

As an attorney myself, the woman that invested $150,000 was refunded her money and the court cases dropped, neither party admitting blame. All contract forms were in order with this woman as ratified and signed by CEO Bychkov for this purchase. There were no SEC violations. The shareholder signed her contract form before Bychkov ever signed the contract, Bychkov accepting the shareholder's funds, and ratifying the final purchase. Bychkov and Crow's administrative jobs were to raise capital for the coporation. This person doesn't seem to know this fact. There are no complaints from shareholders that they were promised multiplying factors for returns on their investments (ROI). The person filing this complaint obviously is misinformed. There have been shares traded by the Frankfurt stock exchange and the new IPO is slated to come out in Germany as advertised by CEO Bychkov to all shareholders. No promises of riches are ever made to any investor, only promises to apply Exmovere's revolutionary technolgy to help people's lives become easier. Many young and old people alike, including cronicly sick seniors with too much time on their hands, will enjoy Exmovere's technology.

So what happened at the meeting?

The report about Exmovere ousting Cheyenne Crow from the Board of Directors is pure evil BS. This is a ploy that David Bychkov has come up with to distance the company from the Cheyenne-Hurben-hurb-Crow-57 yr old loser's trail of probation violating scams . Sure Bychkov is a part of this scam - he has been heard ordering Crow to "do what you have to do..." to get to people's money.They have an over the phone general meeting of board and shareholders tommorrow - all shareholders who have been scammed into investing get on the line at 4 pm tomorrow or call the Exmovere invester relations guy withyour questions. People do something ....

One of the lady victims of Cheyenne Crow who feels that he defrauded her wants to have him arrested and wants to contact other women who may have been victimized by him to join her in this endeavor. The hotline has a lawyer looking into whether Cheyenne has violated the law and has spoken to his probation officer who would be interested in learning if Cheyenne is arrested.

It is easy to talk about having fun with wine and cheese and good candy when you hold other people's hard earned money... You made a woman lose all of her life savings, and many others just the same. Bychkov knew what Crow was doing, there is no question there. In this huge web of lies, they broke people's hearts, stole their dignity and trampled on it. It is a ripoff indeed - and not just about money. Somewhere up this thread someone mentioned evil - evil indeed.

This last post does not ring true... I wonder who wrote it. After 8 years ... there is no way the partners would not have known. It looks like their getting rid of Crow just for appearances - did not mind getting the money he defrauded from women, but now his name is becoming too much of a liability. If I were a shareholder, I would want a real explanation.

The CEO at Exmovere and the Board got rid of Mr. Crow because he abandoned his post. It was officially announced last month in the Shareholders newletter and in the SEC filings. 



If the CEO was in kahoots with Mr Crow, he would still be employed and protected by the CEO, and would be continuing doing what he was doing and the company would not have fired him.

 

Whatever he did at Exmovere that totally enraged the Board is confidential but he was unanimously fired by all the Board members. He was not only removed, but his removal was RETROAVTIVE January 13, 2011 from when he stopped communications with the office. I have never heard any company doing that so whatever he did, must have been very annoying to the Board.  He had not communicated with the company for a few months, not reporting what he was doing, and he was recalled back to McLean.  Instead of being in his post in the McLean VA office working for the shareholders, Mr. Crow was hibernating in a NYC apartment, living with a female friend, rent free, and not present at his job as the Exmovere COO.  Grounds for dismissal in any corporation.



Mr. Crow is still a major shareholder of Exmovere (owning 33%) however, to date, the company still has to make a profit, and there hasnt been movement in the stock. Also value of Stock in Frankfurt StockExchange could drop drastically if no revenues are made. That was one of Mr. Crow's jobs which was not done.  Shareholders cannot sell their stock, as it has no value at the moment.



Since the departure of Mr. Crow from the company, my sources tell me that the Board are very happy to have him gone and a big burden has been lifted, and another person has been placed. The CEO is trying to save the company and get it back together again and have promised shareholders that the company will continue inspite of the firing of its COO. Mr. Crow bit the hand that fed him, pissing off the CEO and the friendship they had for 8 years. Exmovere was a great meal ticket for Mr. Crow for many years.

But being resourceful, he will find another meal ticket and soon be promoting another company... beware!



Additionally, Mr. Crow is also being evicted from his McLean luxury apartment. There is nothing left there for him -- hence he should head back to NY with his latest and greatest girlfriend and say goodbye to the good life he had with Exmovere and get back to the real world.  The luxury condo he claims to own is really not his but is just a rental!  Another lie that he tells his ladies to impress them. Yes, he owns a Mercedez convertible but it is a company car.. Yes he owns another car...an old Honda Civic.



Like the fabricated stories he spins to his ladies about his child in a Swiss school living with an aunt, and that his wife abandoned him and the child after she inherited millions of dollars, are all fantasies in his head. After all these findings on this man, it is hard to believe what is true or what are half lies that this man fabricates in his web of lies -- he lives in his own "Cheyenne World."



As he continues to move on with his life with his current pinup girlfriend, we should also forget about him and continue with our own lives and disengage in this drama that surrounds this man. We will soon I am sure hear from him again, like Madonna, he is good at re-creating himself -- we might soon find him in another city owning a chain of hair salons, as he fits that style with his long hair, or selling womens clothing or exporting womens clothing abroad... as resourceful and charismatic as he is, I have no doubt he will have another scheme up his sleeve and will continue with his style of convincing people to buy whatever he will be selling in the future if he isnt selling it already.. Women will continue to fall for him like honey to a bee, and he will not resist as he loves the attention women give him.  Just be wary and not take anything he says as truth and hold on to your retirement funds, wallet and children's savings! If you do that, he could be a lot of fun to hang out with, have some wine and bullshit, and he is good candy.

You mention his partner David Bychkov... Wasn't his partner aware of these sales practices? He was the CEO - he must know what was going on. What does the company, Exmovere, have to say to this?

Philip has never been warned to stay away from his ex-roommate as he has never tried to visit her.  The posting has been made by Cheyenne Crow in retaliation for this the posting on how he ripped her off of her $25,000 and the posting on how Cheyenne served time in jail for harassing his ex-live-in girlfriend.

Philip Seldon is not harassing his ex-roommate. He has not seen her since she moved out of his apartment with Cheyenne on April 7th has not tried to see her. He does not know where she is living. He is not vindictive. He has no reason to be vindictive as this lady has done nothing against him. She simply moved out of his apartment with Cheyenne. Philip Seldon does not harass people. On the other hand it is Cheyenne who has harassed his ex-live in girlfriend. Cheyenne is a very sick 57 year old man who victimizes women and goes after their money.

H. Crow called me excessively stating 8:50 in the morning calling me names. I told him to stop call me after the third call but he continued through whole day making aprox 5--60 phone calls between my cell and the work phone. Aug. 21 he read my e-mail that I asked him not to call, not to come to my jobs, not to follow me. he was also contacted by detective Hollan (202) 224-0928, and told not to call me. After that he call approx 15-20 times using different phone numbers. Still continuing calling. call me more then four times today (Aug. 22). Send obscene emails to my bosses disgracing me. Send emails to my sons school. He is also calling me at work trying to book appointment with me for for the haircut. He is calling my work under different names as Lawyer Robert, sometimes sending e-mail under different women names.
Cheyenne Crow is my ex-Live in boyfriend.

August 29, 2008 Written Statement to Police

Defendant call on the 22nd and stated that we will have date and sex on the 23rd. There were numerous hang-ups at the Image One through the day and he showed up approx. at 4:10 pm at the shop. Police was called. As soon as he saw the police he ran from shop. 15 minutes after he call the shop and said he was Steve and he needed to talk to me. He called 21 more times on the 23rd and kept hanging up. Most of the calls were made immediately after each other. In the evening I picked up the phone couple time as soon as I heard his voice I hanged up. On the 24 Sunday Heard his voice. I hanged up. On the 24 Sunday he called 20+ time in the evening saying he wants to meet, that he has my stuff and we need to talk. He keep calling every minute or every few minutes for the next couple of hours insisting to talk to me. On the 25th of Aug. I as informed through receptionist at work that he is making phone call under false name trying to male appoint for back wax and massages. He is steel sending the harassing emails to my bosses and coworkers. On the 26th Tuesday he call me at work several times saying that he has the wrong number when my boss picked up the phone. When I pick up the phone he kept tell me to drop the charges against him because he can't see his children, saying how would I fee if I can't see my son Mirel. He was warning me to stop repeating the calls. He also try to reach me on my cell. He call me several times that evening to. On the 27th he call several times again at the shop and my cell. Yesterday 08-28 he called Capitol Hill hair salon (my other job) introduced him self to Cindy Brown - my coworker as Magid, he wanted back wax & massage with in the private room at 12:00 pm. On Sunday Aug. 24 I went to my storage unit. It was empty. He could not know where my unit was unless he was folowing me around. Somehow he also known every time when I am out. When he talked about the charges they were this charges case no 1E00368677.
 
 

Norman Oklahoma, or Philip Seldon, is harassing his ex-roommate and has been warned to stay away from her on multiple occassions. He is a vindictive old man that can't find happiness on his own so he harasses people.

The posting above was made by Cheyenne Crow. There is not a word of truth to it. The photos in question were not made when the lady was drunk - she was stone sober and posed for them - they are beautiful photographs she made to have memories of her beauty for her old age.

Philip Seldon does not have an evil bone in his body - he is just trying to protect this wonderful lady from Cheyenne Crow and help her get her $25,000 back from Exmovere and save her from the fate of the other women whose lives were ruined by Cheyenne Crow. He sent her an email with information about Cheyenne's arrest and the lawsuit about the lady who is suing Cheyenne for $150,000 and has had no contact with her since. He is not harassing her in any way. He does not have her telephone number or address where she and Cheyenne are currently living. Philip Seldon does not harass women - Cheyenne Crow harasses women and served time in jail for it.

Cheyenne Crow moved himself into Philip Seldon's apartment without asking him and stayed for three months without paying any rent. During that time he isolated and alienated the lady in question from Philip who was her best friend and confident just as he has done with other women in his life. During that time Philip observed Cheyenne in bizarre behavior indicating that he is delusional and perhaps psychotic.

For example, he told this lady that he had a nine year old daughter that was abandoned by his wife as an infant and that she was staying in Switzerland with her aunt. He had this lady buy her expensive presents for her birthday and Christmas. On Christmas eve he was supposed to fly to Switzerland to visit his daughter but was attending a Christmas party in Philip's home and missed his flight so he chartered a Gulfstream VI to take him there as astronomical expense. But he missed that flight too and spend the next two days in Philip's apartment visiting his girlfriend.

In actual fact, his daughter was not abandoned by her mother and she is not nine years old and she does not live in Switzerland. She is fourteen and lives with her mother in Virginia.
