Sonny is the owner of Chicago Development Group, a shoddy contractor that buys houses in the ghetto and puts unsuspecting tenants in them paying high rents and then refuses to do the required repairs or does them substandard by unlicensed people. He makes deals with investors and doesn't pay them. He will tell you anything you want to hear and then steal your money. BAD MAN and bad business!

Sonny has agreed to pay me (the contractor) and it was a big misunderstanding. Sonny is not a shoddy contractor and is in fact a licensed contractor in Illinois. This is an outstanding business and Chicago Development Group always pays as agreed.
