My son is at risk with the mother that has a history of abuse to a fetus that was born with CP due to no prenatal care, the same child that was removed from visitation by the same CPS office in Northern Arizona. I will defend my son at all cost to prevent him from any more harm by this mother and this State.

I cannot "do anything" unless you can provide me with a physicians statement that definitively states that Brady is allergic to Amoxicillin. If you can do this, then please send a copy to me and to Brady's physician.
I will be most happy to speak with you on the phone about this situation if you need more of an explanation.
I have asked the CPS worker in Bullhead City to make face to face contact with you as I am 2 1/2 hours away. Someone from the BH CPS office will be calling you to set up a time for the meeting or they may just come at the time that you and I set up on Tuesday between 11 and 11:30.

Scott, you may need to secure the services of an attorney if you feel that you should be completely in charge of your son's medical treatment. This is something that an attorney could help you with whereas, CPS has limitations on what we can do based on the laws that we are bound by.
The mother knew her son could not take this drug. He is still sick with a swollen left tonsil and left ear infection. This child has allergies.
