Child Protective service (Tucson,AZ) Maria lazoya (Supervisor) , Kimberly Egbert (Assistant), CPS, Child Protection Service, Dispute, Wrongfully acts, Violation, 4Th amendment violation, Wrongfully Accused, Psychopathic Grandmother Tucson, Arizona

 I have a situation with Child Protective service, they are claiming I have involvment with my girlfriends action from her leaving my daughter (3year old), and her todler (9 months), home alone with her second oldes son (13 year old)claiming to be neglect. although I don't live at the home (Where my daughter resides) They are regardlessly claiming I have invovment as for what they call neglect.

Child Protective service had abducted my daughter as well as the her other 2 siblings  me not being the bilogical father. Child protective sevice is rejecting  me to watch my own daughter from there claim of having there own resons not to.  Before this had happend, I had visited my daughter on a Friday.  CPS had went to the resedents the following Sunday. I had not talked to the babys mothers  nor my daughter Through out  the entire weekend.

I was not aware of her phone service being  cut off, She had came over to my house  the following Monday claiming that CPS had taken the kids (Very Emotional).  After informing me, I was shocked cause I know we don't  ever put the kids  harms way. She stated  that she had left my daughter, her todler (9months), with her second oldest son (13 years old) home for 2 hours running an aren. 

I asked her, "How could you have done that? You know d**n well you do not leave a 9 month  with a 13 year old, especialy leaving them alone!" She told me that she was trying to hurry and that it was for 2 hours. And when she got back, there was a note on the door stating CPS had the kids. At the time I was upset with her for doing such a thing, but blaiming her was not going to help nothing as for what had already been done. 

When I had called CPS, I had to find out for my self where my daughter was at my self cuase the mother didn't give me any info for contact infomation. I started to talk to kimberly ballington  and was asking me to comein so I can be talked to cuase they needed some information. I asked why was I involved as for the accusation for me looking as though I had been at blaim for the kids being taken?

She just indacated to me that there is a confrence and that they needed some info on me. I was very sceptical on this and should see what it is all about. I called back telling them that I should seek some information cause I feel I should not be getting treated as for the one accused (it was a voice male that I had left). I didn't get a call back that day.

Next day, I had concerns and I has called her back telling them that I didn't think it was right for you to involve me with an action I was unaware of. Kemberly started telling me that it is my resposibilty to be watching my daughter and Bla bla bla. I then told her, "What was it that you want me to do? Place servalince camras in the house?" "! I told you, I don't live there."  "I should not be interorgated."

I had explaind my situation on how I displend even how I would  handled  my kids for disapln (There feedback? no disagrement from my explination).  I told them at the end of the conversation that I needed to reserch from what I'm dealing with although I had never been in this situation before. They  had insisted for me to visit my daughter while the visit would take place in there office , she also had made a remark stating,"

I was not going to  get the oppertunity to visit my duaghter if I didn't take the one they were offering me." I asked, " Why would I need permision to see my daughter with you guys?" I even asked if they found any form of physical abuse nor mentle abuse? there answer was, "NO". I asked," Isn't that reson enough, as well as them sheding tears  asking if they can  go back  home?"

She stayed quite. I told them that I had to reserch my rights cause I felt that I'm  in a situation I feel I should not be.  I really do want to see my daughter but not to make  arangment 's for visitatiion, I'm looking to get my daughter back for good and it is my right to do so! I stated to them. 

A hearing went on and I was not informed. My daughters mother had not been talking to me upon anything cause Maria lazoya tends to keep threatning the mother that she will take further action if she don't abid by her command. As how this had been going on, It seems they are having the finger be pointed at me for some reson. I kept trying to get in touch with My daughters Mother,

when she  would respond, she would only make  bref comments tellling me that she could not talk. I was upset on the fact that this person was making my girlfriend feel obligated to do as she said as for her not talking to me. I could not help to wounder why this was happening. I really felt I needed a discusion with her.I  explained to her that I'm trying to talk to her to help her . I was not there to miss guid her!  As I text her, I relized what made sence as for them discrediting me.

This all falls on one person who's ways are filther than trash it self, even so crooked, more crooked than a question mark!  I thought to my self, This really makes sence now! You see, ever since I started talking with my babys mother as for being civil for my daughters sake, the grandmother had been dreding me and was destend to knock me down. 

The grandmother "Rosmary Pedro," had told my daughter that her father didn't love her then droped her off at the house after making my 3 year old daughter feel like she was going  with her nana to visit. When finding out she had droped her off just for that little hurtfull action Rosmary Pedro did, me and the mother, got word by her oldest son from Maya telling hem what had happend. 

We were at a Costco and I just had to go and explain to her this was not true to reinsure her that I do love her. I was discusted she would stoop so low to brake a little girls heart just by trying to piss me off! What kind of human does that? Matter of fact, that's not human!

What My point  is , Roamary Pedro, is the person Child Protective Sevice had gave athority to for taking the kids! As it looks as for CPS discrediting me cuase of the type of BS they are saying and from how it sounds  it is getting fuel from, >> Rosmary Pedro<<, CPS is buying all the lieing bull crap that is flaming up this case! Obviously these people with in CPS are not to bright as for seeing this person's charactor. 

CPS tends to trust people upon a passing finger print check as well as a backround check.  After finding this out with My daughters mother as well cuase it just seemed to obvious. All the remarks Rosmary Pedro CPS uses , put downs, telling my daughters mother how much of a bad mother she is, and mostly telling her to stop seeing me or she is  not going to have any involvment with in her(My daughters  mother) life. 

Rosmary Pedro (age 53) is the bigest hipocret you could ever meet.  The charactor of this person should be in a nut house.  Let me tell you, leaving a child with this person (Rosmary Pedro) is suisid  for any child!! . When my baby's mother had goten pregnet for the first time, she was only 13. Not to mentchen she was a rape victum !

Her mother allowed it to happen as well as selling  her own daughters verginity! My daughters mother (age 13 at the time) had goten My daughters mother drunk, passout, and acceped  a full grown adult to sleep with her 13 year old daughter!  She was pimping her son as well from what I have heard from my daughters mother. This is not fauls testomony!

They pretty much live with it everyday! I hear these storys from time to time and how the mother of my daughter oldest son(17 year old)  looks very disturbed as for knowing how he was born, looking like he hates life it self he is never happy, he is always pissed, and to me, he is unpredictible. Just by thinking of  the mental mantality of this boy, looking like he can go off shooting someone, This boy is very disturbed. He is on the vurge of turning 18.  At times he trys to have a good attitud, eventhough familar with how the mood swings he gets, the her son  seems to be  bipolor. I  try to stay away most of the time.  That is why I don't live there.

Back to the cause and effect, all this with my daughter and her siblings, are still with CPS and is unpredictable from how it is going. There is another court hearing soon (little less than a month)  and from how they are going about it, they look like they are at full extent. When I did talk to Kemberly (CPS case worker), She gave me a number as for my lawyer.

I had left messages she never got back to me.  Rosmary Pedro, had been dreding my presents for so long I feel she is using CPS to have it her way. Regardless as for caring about the destress of the kids as well as for placing the kids in harms way with CPS. I say that, cuase These case workers with this CPS , Have very poor judgment!

Rosana P Pardo (53 year old), had been staying away,cause of me having a father and daughter relationship.  From what is happening, I come to realize she needs some type of control over her own daughter that is 32 years old. As what had my daughters mother been telling me, She would take advantage of her every step of the way. From borowing (not paying it back) Even telling her that she was not going to pay her back. 

I just don't see how this person (she call's a mother)to keep allowing her in her life. I guess from her father (dececed) She feels like there maybe some hope with her mother to be, also treat her as a real mothier should.  But as I seen how things have been and till this very day, she is still the fool that knows how to con to get what value she was aiming on getting in the first place.  but Rosmary will never change.

You would think a person that age would be wise right? Not this Crap you wipe off your sole and flush down the tolet, this person (Rosmary Pedro) Is a fool no matter how you see it! Ok, Since CPS is obviously buying into her lies about me, due from them looking like they are  full force, I have no idea on what she is telling them. For a fact, I know they are miths. I know who and what I am. And I know I'm not a person to misstreat my kids.

CPS tends to trust a person with adoption just by a finger print and backround check. If they do not see a crimanal history, that is in black n white, they automaticly pass the person to be able to adopt! I guess that explains  the laundy list of problems with CPS.  Observe this forum, it go's way back starting in 2007. 

 WOW! Yeah I see these people of athority really listening caring how the kids are and covering up there mess. (Beiong sarcastic)  You know, How do problems with CPS get resolve if they don't actully listen to the people. Stop telling us to shut up and listen to a person with actual comon sence! Yes you heard it!

This is my sugestion, Insted of just  a finger print & backround check,  do a mental avoluation as well!  Serously! Please take that into consideration.  Cause right now, I'm very scard for my daughter from what desisions CPS has made for these kids.

By the way, What is required to get a career in the feild of Child Abduction Service?  Were you just all welfar women that happend to be forced to volenteer from the welfare facility that moved up to be in the field of Child abducted service?

As for these case workers, Exept nut case rosana,. Rosana P Pardo (age 53) Maria lazoya (age 59) (Supervisor) , Kimberly egbert (Assistant),  You should consider Rosana P Pardo, to have a mental evaluation.. Seriously, this case would really be off your hands if you  realize the souce of the false story telling.

Beleive or not, CPS is  placing my Daughter at risk of being melested even actule abuse.  Just  by the lack of evaluation of the party awaiting to adopt. This is risking my child in harms way. They are not concernd of the walfare of the kids, eventhogh My kids are showing normal sings for no cause of there action.  These case workers are still doing everything in there power to keep them in custody. This looks like they are missusing this power for there satisfaction. The only person that I know that would cause something like this to happen all points to the phycopath grandmother (Rosana P Pardo). 

I'm serprised they are actully taking this idiots word for it. Distressing kids for her satisfaction. I will be updating this post.
