My wife ordered a background check for a one dollar one time charge for use for 5 days. She was not told or agreed that it would be a monthly charge. The company then started a monthly charge and also charge our account for download PDF's which we did not use. We canceled the account, but were only refunded half of the monthly charge and not of the charge for the PDF download. The other problem was that information on the background check report was very inaccurate.
