I placed an order on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 for the FREE sample and just as I studpidly hit the RUSH ORDER button, I noticed the fine print on the bottom of the page about their automatic membership program. I immediately called the 1-888-241-0110 on the their webpage to cancel order and everything was automated. Order placed and me calling to CANCEL shippment/order for the bogus FREE trial to Choice Green Coffee all took place in less than 2 minutes.
I wanted to cancel shipment and order altogether but there was no option on the automated system. The only option was to cancel membership and instructions for returning product and RMA number was issued over the phone. Again, all this was done on their automated system. I received an email for for the cancellation of membership:
Dear [my name],
Thank you for contacting Choice Green Coffee. Your account has been cancelled, and you will not receive any future shipments from us. To finalize your return, you need to write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package, and return it to us at your expense to this address: Choice Green Coffee Returns Department

Notice no RMA number in email. I had to obtain it via (888)241-0110. Unfortunately, my bank account was already hit with the $4.99 charge. The name on the charge is K2C SPEEDTRIMX. At this point, I cancelled my bank and cancelled card to avoid further fraudulent charges to my account with Choice Green Coffee.
I called the other phone number to Choice Green Coffee 1-855-946-1060 and spoke with Monica. After giving her my information several times, Monica told me she could not find me in the system and to call back in one hour. I got no where and wasted my time again and all I simply wanted to do was cancel my order IMMEDIATELY after I placed it.
