There needs to be a class action suit against this company.  I have read numerous reports about this company not honor the warranty to the customer.  I am just another one that they have ripped off.  I even bought 2 policies, one for my own house and one for a rental.  I had used another company that was great, came out and quickly fixed my air conditioning system.  I renewed with CHW and they came out, told me I needed a new condensor unit and it wasn't in the policy.  I needed maintainence every 3 months.  It appears from the other reports I have read, that that would not even have helped.  I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and think there needs to be a class action suit because of all the home owners they are continuing to rip off  If anyone knows how to go about it, I would be happy to file.

I am planning on taking them to small claim court if I can.

I have too, been ripped off by Choice Home Warranty!!! I have a medical letter stating that it is making my health issues worse and that it is must I get my AC unit fixed asap. It is currently 108 in my house in Fort Worth Tx. 
They have asked me to send in service maintenance records, I have done so. They then told me that it was not the records given to me at the time of service... it was not good enough. I told them there was nothing I could do to make the owner of his own company give me something other than what they gave me at the time of service. If Choice had any questions about what has been done than they have a valid number, address, and email of the Servicing contractor they could call. OH DID I MENTION I bought my house a year ago this month???
They then requested a home inspection report because they would not call the contractor because the contract would tell him that everything was in working order as of his last check. So, I then provided a HOME INSPECTION report. They have since told me that they denied my claim because of insufficient information provided. I asked them to tell me what I was missing and they just repeated like a robot "Your claim was denied because of insufficient information provided." I then asked, "help me understand what information is missing , please, what is it that I am missing and I will get you what you are asking for?" He then repeated the same line. I asked to speak with his supervisor. Ive asked to speak to Headquarters they will not give me the contact info. 
I have been with out AC for over 5 weeks now and today I just got a denial of claim.
 
I want to get together and file a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. Please contact me if you are willing to join in this lawsuit or if you have filed one I will join!!! THANK YOU!

And for those who are reading... stay AWAY from this company!!!

A single Mother who purchased 5 years of warranty for nothing!! I GOT RIPPED OFF!!!
