I attended a senor scam workshop and a postal inspector informed us to contact their office because if anything is sent through the mail it is a postal matter. I will be in contact with them for assistance. So try their office for assistance. I filed three claims with CHW and not one has been approved. In fact one contractor refused to come out after receiving the call for service. CHW is nothing more than a referral business who might cover a simple household problem but have no intention of  covering anything major. It is my hope that one of their workers blow the whistle on the companies procedures and practices to the proper authorities. So if you work for CHW and know they are wrong help us take them down.
