Choice Home Warranty Denied Fraudulent Slick Warranty Business Gangsters Who Rob Covered Homeowners and Businesses by denying service and refusing to pay for approved services Edison, New Jersey

Purchased a three year contract. Eight months later heating unit and duct work was needed. Choice Home Warranty never mentioned anything about duct work coverage at the time the heating service concerns were repaired. On 1/23/13 telephoned a claim for three repairs. Water Heater, Electrical and Duct work. Water heater repair went undone for five days before finding out Choice Home Warranty denied approval to both service technician and me the contract holder.

Technician for the duct work submitted his report for approval and Alex Choice Home Warranty rep telephoned me to say the coverage was denied. The electrical technician has yet to come out. I have contacted Choice Home Warranty company several times speaking to supervisors Liz ID # 8288, Alice and is waiting for Victor and Jim Reed to return my telephone call. It has been three days and none of these people have called. When I call them they are out to lunch or in a meeting.

Don't believe it!   Case in point my Water Heater claim only covers components of the water heater. Not the tank but the pilot. No leaks. Go figure out this bull sh--. The duct work they cover a air leak. Well there is air leaking from the duct but it is do to be from wear and tear and they do not cover wear and tear.

Choice Home Warranty representatives are rude and disrespectful to both the customer and the service companies they send out to service their customers. We as contract holders need to file a law suit against Choice Home Warranty for stealing our hard earn dollars and not providing us with the service they sold each of us own. I hope there is a bull dog attorney out there willing to help CHW contract holders hit them were it hurts. There bank account.
