Choice Home Warranty My Complaint is the Same as the Author from Clemont, Florida. Dated Aug.16 th 2013. I talked to the same person, and got the exact same answer thar he gave this person. Edison New Jersey

Choice Home Warranty sold me a home warranty they do not honor or never will.

My air condition system went out, and they sent out a HVAC company. They went through the system and it took them 2 days to report back to CHW.  CHW told me after I had to call them 4 different times for an answer that it will they not cover the system . i was told by Alex same person that told the same story to another customer. This must be a Pat answer. He said it was per existing condition and it takes time for it to leak out, and No they will not cover it.

i filed  a complaint with the Attorney General of Florida ,and hopefully other consumers will do the same, and they will not let them sell their Warranty here. 

i think company's like these people should not be allowed to sale their product, and not stand behind their services.

they are getting Rich off their Lies.

How do you know what I signed. This must be Alex that wrote this. 

I know exactly what is in the contract,and for them to tell me it was prexsisting problem they are as full of S___t like you.

there must be a lot of customers like myself that can't read the fine print, and seem to have the same Problems.

yes they are crooks and I hope the state of Florida kicks their Axx out of this State.

So why did they offer me a Full refund if I would not file a complaint? I flat told them NO! Not just No,but Hell No!

 Its unfortunate but Im 100% sure you did not fully read your contract with them. This is a common occurance with the American consumer. The consumer makes assumptions as to what is covered by a warrenty. NO WARRENTY IS 100% COVERAGE!!! This means that IF you have a pre-existing issue that it WILL NOT be covered. This is not hard to understand. Had you fully read your contract you would have seen this. This is not them ripping you off. This is them hoilding to the terms and conditions of the contract that YOU signed. If you expect them to show "pity" or break the terms of the contract then you would be pissing up a rope.

This is not a ripoff, this is them following the terms and conditions of the contract you signed. You can cry and whine all you like. In the end they can only do what they are bound to legally per the terms YOU agreed to. By the way, how does it feel to be a blackmailer?? Because thats what your doing. Oh you can sit there and say you JUST want to let everyone know. But the reality is your attempting to blackmail them into giving you your way by posting on the web. The only lesson ANYONE should take from this is TO READ AND UNDERSTAND YOUR CONTRACTS!!

Because thats all this is, a consumer whining because they made assumptions without READING to verify IF those assumptions were correct.
