I just telephone my credit card company to help me retrieve my money back from CHW. They told me it is possible and to send them a letter regarding my dispute. Choice Home Warranty cannot continue to operate like this. It is my hope that one or more Choice Home Warranty Customer Representatives become so fed up with the companies practices that they become a whistle blower and go to the BBB or Consumer Affairs detectives, state attorney general and Insurance agency regarding their employers practices and customer treatment.
