Choice Home Warranty DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! YOU WILL NOT GET PAID! Internet

Our small plumbing company did 12 jobs for Choice Home Warranty and thought it was going to be a good resource for referrals......until we did not receive any payment for our work on 30 days as stated in their "contract".  Then we were told by the company spokesperson and liar, Stanley Goodspeed, that it was really more like 45 days, then we were told it was really 60 days.  We have called and emailed numerous times and are still owed $934 for work done an materials purchased between 10/13 and 11/7/2011.

 We called again 2 weeks ago and were told we would have payment in full in 2 weeks.  We called today and were told it will be another 2 weeks.  It is more than apparent that they have no intention of paying us or any other unsuspecting contractors doing work for them.  Once you're on to them, they just move on to the next sucker!

We would love to get involved in a class action lawsuit against this company.  They should not be allowed to continue to get away with this all over the country as they have been!  There are many complaints against them when they were based in New York and then it appears that they just moved to New Jersey and started up again. We are in Nevada and it was clear they have a lot of customers here that are in for a big surprise when they start getting calls from collections.  That is our next, desperate attempt to try & salvage something from this horrible experience.
