Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
We have seen a lot of reviews with Choice Ticketing and thought we should input our own. Choice Ticketing from our experience has been average. Not the greatest, not the worst. It is expensive for what you get and the type of service you get. Remember though, it's a small company; that being said, don't pay high costs for a small company service. There are plenty of other great Ticketing Systems out there! Do your homework and choose wisely.
Our personal recommendation is do not use Choice Ticketing unless prices go down drastically. From our view, it doesn't look like that's going to be happening soon.

We believe this report to be hoax for several different reasons:
1. There were 2 "rip off report" complaints made in Aug 2013. Which is about the time we ended a relationship with a software developer who wasn't able to produce useful code.
2. The other ripoff report was stated to be from a client in Broomfield, CO. We have NEVER had a client on the ChoiceCRM product located in Broomfield, Colorado.
3. Neither report contains specifics about how is filing report or what organization they worked with.
We will leave it there as it is not our intent to smear anybody else's name or business. But please, if you have questions regarding this, please call me.
