We were contacted by this company to take out a home warranty. We did this in good faith. They charged our credit card monthly without fail for over a year. When we needed to contact them we got a shock! The sales reps number was non existent. Neither was the companies phone or web site. We have filed a fraud report with our credit card company. Buyer beware!

ALL aftermarket extended warranty plans are underwritten by an actual insurance company.

ALWAYS find out who that underwriter is!

Get it in writing!

Filing a dispute with your credit card company can only get you the last 2 payments as you can only go 60 days from the billing statement date, by law.

However, The FBI has an internet crimes bureau that handles crimes like this that in any way use the internet, or cross state lines. You can file that complaint online.

Also, file a complaint with each state's AG's office, Consumer Affairs Division / Consumer Protection.
