I saw an add on craigslist for a nice luxury vehicle that was reasonably priced. I spoke with the seller which claimed to be Michael Constantini, the supposed original owner and had title in hand. I ran a carfax with no problems and everything seemed legitimate. I negotiated a price for the vehicle and we agreed on a price a little over $20,000 cash. I met Michael Constantini the next day, test drove the vehicle and decided to purchase the vehicle. Brought the vehicle home, insured with full coverage and after a few days left work early to bring title to tag office to receive new tag. While I was at the tag office the vin number on the title was ran and the title was then spotted out by the clerk as a "very good fake". I found out later on that day that the car had been stolen from our home. After the police got involved we found out that Lyle Livesay and Chris Biddy were behind this scam. [continued below]....

..... Chris Biddy of Athens,GA is a male 28 years old and he was the man who met us and sold us the vehicle. I wont go into too many details of the case because it is still pending. I wanted to write this report to warn any others so they may not become victims as well. Lyle Livesay is notorious for scamming and if you google his name, you will find countless pages of complaints from his victims. Chris Biddy on the other hand is only mentioned in just a few of these complaints, he seems to act as a "side-kick" to Livesay. I want to expose Chris, because his name is not as varnished as Lyle's but I first hand have found out what kind of person he is. Chris Biddy is 6'3,225-250 IBS, long brown hair to shoulders and is well known in the Athens area. If you have any info or have been a victim of these two, contact Jackson County Sheriffs office and speak with their investigator handling the case.
