Chris Evans, ineedbrides.com , Evans Sales Solutions charged for list, never delivered. promised refund, didn't and then ignored further contact Thousand Oaks California

Very simply, I purchased and paid about $300.00 for a mailing list from Chris Evans.  He promised immediate delivery.  Failed to deliver. Promised to followup and deliver shortly. Failed to deliver.   Then he promised a full refund within a couple of days.  Failed to provide refund.  After a week, I contacted this clown and asked what the status of the refund was.  I never heard from him again.  

After a month of silence and no refund, I had to make a claim with my credit card company.  He had me originally pay him through his PayPal account.  Paypal said they couldn't provide any refund- I suppose that's why he uses them.   

I guess he's busy finding new victims for his fraudulent seminars and bridal leads programs.  Still has his websites open, seeking new suckers.
