Chris Prudhome, Bill Benson, Free Dem Films, Lil Wayne Unpaid invoice for Tour Bus! No Money! Lies to get ahead!! Atlanta Georgia

Mike Gibson is now working for InMotion Promotions, located in Columbus,OH. and is telling everyone that he is the General Manager.... Give it time he will scam this guy also. Mr. Gibson is a thief and a liar. It is a proven fact that he scammed a church in Dayton,OH., for $45,000 and has never attempted to repay the church or anyone else that was involved. He never keeps his promises and always finds a way to get out of them, by using the " Christian" card.  Mike Gibson is known for his lies,scams,big promises and again always throwing around the "Christian" card. This guy can not be trusted!

Most people do not take the time to right a wrong accusation. I, however, have let the legal system do it's job, and therefore I can tell you that Chris Prudhome is not nor was he ever liable for the monies owed my company. 
I have spoken directly to Chris and expressed my apologies for the unfortunate event of his employers sacrificing him at all costs. To this date, Bill Benson has ignored all communications and they brag about how they will go on. Well, indeed they have went on, but I was never paid. After much research and looking into the events of this tour, Chris Prudhome should in no way be held liable for this debt.

If you are researching Chris in an effort to consider whether or not to do business with him, I can recommend him and assure you that he is a dependable, responsible business man whom deserves a chance at earning your business.

It is sad some people will resort to anything. Again Christopher Prudhome was never marketing director of Free Dem Films. Mike lied and said again in front of prominent members of several associations that he will remove the posting. He also misrepresented the contents of the phone call on his posting. Then avoided phone calls. Free Dem Films is a legitiment is a company with legitamate staff. We let our work speak for itself. We understand how some people may be bitter due to their own mistakes and the fact they were a victim of fraud and they need someone to lash out on. As noted before, everyone Free Dem Films contracted has been paid. We wish them the best. We will continue to excell in the work we do as we build our client base. We wish success to all on their business ventures. We will make no further comments. We will just reap the benefits from our films as our company grows. Again we apologize to all who had to read these misrepresentations and falsehoods. Anybody with a computer is able to write anything they want about any company, so we know it doesn't carry too much weight. We are going to continue to produce quality filmwork and ensure all of our customers are happy. We choose to no longer participate in negativity. We have people for that. Again we wish everyone involved much success even though they may not wish us the same. Fortunately these false postings did not hinder any distribution offers. They are still pouring in. We would like to thank everybody that worked on this project with us to make it a success.

I, Michael Gibson, am the owner of Pro Coach Leasing. Our company was retained by the marketing director for FreeDem Films to provide a luxury tour bus for their travel needs.
Mr. Chris Prudhome was an employee of their company they had hired to seek out corporate sponsorship for their tour. Mr. Prudhome has since been released, fired, or some form of removal. Ms. Hicks confirmed this fact with me personally on the phone. Unfortunately, as an owner of a company, you do not have the right to avoid responsibilities signed for by former employees when you release them as an individual.
Bus was signed for by Mr. Prudhome on December 18, 2008 as Marketing Director for FreeDem Films. All pricing and charges were approved before contracts were issued. Mr. Prudhome emailed me and asked for credit terms for the coach as it was being paid for by a corporate sponsor I wish to leave unnamed at this time. Since the potential sponsorship company has confirmed that they were not committed to paying this invoice, I will not disrespect them by naming them.
When bus was in Houston, TX, Mr Benson had conversations with Mr. Prudhome and executives from Universal stating that the sponsorship had not come through, but that he would not let anyone go unpaid for services rendered.
Ms. Hicks stated that they did not approve bus lease; however, they did release their means of current transportation as soon as our $600,000 2007 Prevost XLII pulled up in front of them. I have a signed contract dated 12/18/2008 and we picked them up in Dallas, TX on 12/19/2008. We drove 1000 miles one way to get to where they were and then took them straight to LA.

I would like to make the following statement as it relates to Lil Wayne and Young Money. They are in no way responsible for the actions of FreeDem Films. Nor are they responsible for paying this invoice as previously stated. I retract these statements as a result of recent findings. I apologize to the Members/Owners of Young Money for their inconvenience of being involved by association.

I will allow FreeDem Films to make no more false statements concerning their usage and/or obligation to my company. If invoice remains unpaid, I will have no other option but to file another report that will make this report read like a children's novel. Ms. Hicks has repeatedly asked me to remove or retract the statement as they are trying to land a multi million dollar distribution deal. If this were true, pay me $25k and go get your million. Their operation is ran out of their home and there is no legal team on staff. Perception is reality in most cases, but I assure you this here is not the case. Options have been extended to FreeDem Films to pay the invoice and Bill Benson has said he will not pay.
Really unfortunate situation; however, may the record be straight. I, michael Gibson, in no way intend to remove anything at any time until my company is restored wholly and completely. Your move FreeDem FIlms! I trust you pay your debt or make arrangements with Pro Coach Leasing to make payments.

These sites pose as a place where individuals can warn others about potential problems that may have and have occurred while dealing with a company. It is unfortunate that some people use these sites to admittedly gain leverage over other individuals who have defaulted on contracts which the named company has no agreement with, nor solicited their services. Once a non-producing employee who was dismissed from their duties, due to that exact lack of production and has negative feelings against individual within the company gets wind of such postings they out of spite or resentment feel the need to post unfounded accusations in order to destroy the reputation of a good company. Those people must be ignored. Kenya Hicks and Bill Benston has paid all of their employees. It was a great bonus however that everyone that did their job and every service solicited by the accused company (Free Dem Films) have been compensated. It is great that Free Dem Films does have record of all payments and all contracts which are all in good standing. An important note: Mike Gibson has been contacted and has since promised Free Dem Films he will have the report removed. Once he was advised that these reports are not removed he promised to update the report with the correct information. Free Dem Films, Bill Benston/Benson, Lil Wayne never contracted his services. All parties involved including neutral members from outside companies, Michele from the actual bus company itself, a ceo of a local record label, ceo of a marketing company, Mike Gibson himself, ceo and president of Free Dem Films, a ceo at Universal, and a respected member of a professional sports team, as well as the responsible party had the privilege of all attending a conference call where everything was settled holding the actual party who contracted the service and signed the contract responsible. He admitted that he signed the contract after being advised that Free Dem Films did not need the services, and said he would be completely responsible; he acted on his own. Mike Gibson has known the posted information to be false since Wednesday March 25, 2009. He told all parties on the call he would have the defamatory, false posting removed in 24hrs. Once he was advised that postings aren't remove he said he will update the posting with the correct information no latter than March 30, 2009. Free Dem Films does have record of all conversations and communications. No call has gone unscreened by a neutral 3rd party. We hope you will honor your word. A special thanks to all parties who witnessed and participated on the call to help Free Dem Films repair its reputation and noting that you all will be available to attest to the fact that it was said by Mike Gibson that he would have the posting removed and hold the party he has on contract responsible (not Free Dem Films, Bill Benson/Benston, nor Lil Wayne). We were happy to have the issue resolved. We look forward to reading your posting, Mike. Our legal team is trying to give a reasonable amount of time to see the posting, even though the promised deadline of March 30, 2009 has been missed. Free Dem Film's work speaks for itself. We have a list of satisfied clients and loyal hard working employees who represent us. We value that more than random rants and tantrums on a website where anybody can post anything, even if they never actually used a company or not. We aim to make that satisfied client and loyal employee list longer as we progress.
