I made the unfortunate mistake of trusting him with building the website for my business. He insisted on having me pay him half the money upfront and the rest upon completion of the site. He promised to have the site built and live on the web within a week.
I provided him with all of the material needed; logos, dialogue, products, etc. All he needed to do was basically post the data onto the site.
For the following week Chris led me to believe that everything was going as expected. The morning he left for California, he informs me (via a text) that he would not be able to fulfill his obligation. Upset, I called him and demanded an explanation and ultimately a refund. [continued below]....
After sharing my experience with mutual acquaintances, it became clear that he has a reputation for arranging shady deals and not fulfilling his promises. I would strongly urge anyone from paying Chrisotpher Sullivan upfront or at all for any services for webdesign. The only thing I've seen him design is a cowardly scheme to rip me off for my hard earned money.
