So, I tried to use it and I was really happy with what I find. And was really nice. At first. I use the thing to refer people and friends. Was nice, five days free for each friend. Some friends come and they make their accounts. I recomend an aunt to use the site but she forget her password. Okay, no problem, I give her the link to recover her password.
Didn't work. For some reason, appeared the message of "error" when she tried so, I tried too and no, didn't work. Also I never receive the extra days from her so I believe that well, the account was just failling
Okay, no big problem. I wrote to the moderators of the site, and first, they were really nice. One of them told me that the account was erased, so I told my aunt to make a new one (I mean, if the account was erased the most logic thing was that she made a new one, right?)
Okay, well. Yesterday I receive a mail of them telling me that they take my five extra days from her, plus other five because the two accounts (???) and because my aunt was a false account. That she make her account and then, she make a new one. So, I was doing something wrong so they take my extra days plus they froze my option to refer more people and take more free days.
You could think "Well, is something free". But I really liked the site. I was saving money to buy an account because I really liked the page. So was a surprise, that they just took that decision without warning me or ask me or ask me for an explanation.
I wrote them because hurt when they accuse you about something you didn't do. Or something false like that. I told them the thing about my aunt and that they could confirm that my aunt exist. That they could wrote her.
The answer was a pretty dry "This account appears in XXXXX date and this one was in XXXXX date. So, it's a false account"
I get annoyed again. I mean... have not logic. Again I wrote them, I give them the link of the facebook of my aunt, I remind them the other letters that I send them about the problem of my aunt and why maybe they believe that was two accounts...
I really feel offended because there was not a chance, they didn't ask anything, they didn't wrote me like "Good afternoon Miss, this happened, we see this and we believe this... we need to do this because this... if you need to say something, please contact us"
Well I send my last mail, really annoyed but really hoping that they think again and check that I was not lying. Ohh surprise! They didn't like be wrong. I have 4 days yet, until march 6. I enter in this moment... and wow! My account get frozen and suspended.
You think that is a christian site? think twice. A truly christian site, truly managed for christian people didn't treat the people as if they were wrong when other get the mistake. A truly christian recognize the mistake and try to fix something. I know that I'm just a person but I was a person that could be a future client.
Also, I was a person who could talk about the site to others.
So... my warn for the customers is: don't expect truly christian moderators in ChristianCafe. They don't gonna hear you and if they get wrong in something and you complain, you gonna lose your account. They are "perfect" as I could see and their best method to contend with the others, is just closing accounts in a nice show of power.
