I bought and paid for goods from this seller in March.
After 3 months I have not received my items she has claimed they are posted but has only provided incorrect shipping numbers. She has now declared that she has gone bankrupt.
Her account on ecrater where she held her webshop has been closed down.
Anyone else who has been ripped off by this seller and is owed money should get in touch.

I contacted Christine who kept all files on this transaction. And sure enough the tracking number says delivered. The transaction was for $1600 that the buyer claimed they did not receive. Then turned around and demanded a refund. Christine fought back as well as a lot of other sellers this ebay user tried to con out of products and money. She was justified in not refunding $1600! If the transaction had been for a few bucks it would have been refunded. You dont go and buy something on ebay, pay through paypal, claim you did not get it and expect a seller to just bow to you and refund your money no questions asked. Us online sellers work hard for our money and there are many buyers online who try to take advantage of us through sites like rip off report. Rip off report should not post things about little people or allow someone to use their first and last name. These are small people we are talking about not major corporations. Us little people who sell here and there on sites like ebay and amazon have no way to defend ourselves over people like this person who filed this false report just because she was not refunded when proved that she was trying to rip someone off.

The ebay user who filed this was suspended from ebay for making many claims that she did not receive her orders. The tracking number I provided for this order showed DELIVERED when I looked it up on the ups.com website with HER signature in the received line. I called her out on it and in retaliation she posted this false claim against me. I would not have argued at all except the transaction was $1600 worth of goods I had shipped her that she said she did not get. There was no way I was going to refund someone $1600 and keep my mouth shut about it. As I said she was FINALLY suspended from ebay for doing this EXACT same thing to other sellers! She filed 2 reports on me using different email addresses.

I have been a customer of Christine Bernstein since 2004. Not once did I get something I was not satisfied with. All of her cosmetics were in excellent condition. The unboxed items were never used in any way. All of the makeup I got was 100% authentic. A lot of her customers are fellow ebay sellers. They cannot stand the competition of her because they cannot beat her prices. They did not like the fact that she sold on ebay and was also their supplier.
Therefore they decided to try and rip her off by filing false claims against her. They wanted free merchandise or a refund and be allowed to keep the items she sold them.
Christine Bernstein is a christian. She attends my church 3 times per week and volunteers regularly in her community. Those who know her personally know that her items are 100% authentic, clean and never used or expired. She has a boutique in Pelham, Alabama and is busy with satisfied customers daily.
Its amazing what jealousy against her has done to her reputation. If you do a google search on "Christine Bernstein" false rip off reports are what shows up first. This is unfair because no one can prove a thing and yet she is assumed to be guilty based on lies. Shame on you all!

All reports filed on rip off report about Christine Bernstein are FALSE. Beauty Budget LLC has been in business since 2004. It is clearly listed on their website that there are NO REFUNDS. They sell Clinique, Lancome, Estee Lauder, etc at around $4 each piece which is approximately 80% off retail. It is SURPLUS merchandise that has been pulled from the shelves of major department stores. All items are 100% authentic and never used or expired. Some of the items are unboxed. ALL REPORTS FILED ON THIS WEBSITE ARE FROM EBAY SELLERS WHO ARE HER COMPETITION AND WHO ARE JEALOUS OF HER SUCCESS.

I represented Christiine Bernstein in this case. She was able to provide tracking information and weight of the box clearly indicated this customer received their goods. Upon further investigation we have found out this customer has done this to other online sellers and has been criminally prosecuted and has been fined for commiting fraud. This buyer who filed this claim has been suspended from ebay and paypal for fraud. The reason they were suspended is because they complained numerous times that they did not get a package when in fact they did. Their user id is makeupdisplay and you can see for yourself. They are trying to get free products and their money back too. The tracking number we gave them shows the items was delivered.
Our ebay user id is wholesale_makeup and our feedback is outstanding! We do not put up with scandalous buyers who try and claim they did not get something when in fact they did! This is an obvious retailiation from an unscrupulous buyer!
We have been in business since 2000 and on ebay since 2004. All of our products are 100% authentic, fresh and priced well below wholesale.
Our ebay user id is wholesale_makeup and our feedback is outstanding! We do not put up with scandalous buyers who try and claim they did not get something when in fact they did! This is an obvious retailiation from an unscrupulous buyer!
