Christopher O. Cerulli in NJ/NM state operated a site that sold herbal incense and synthetic drug chemicals to ANYONE regardless of age, location, or legality in their state. In fact, he would sell openly federally scheduled narcotics from his website, such as JWH-018, AM-2201, etc etc, and would simply ignore the consequences.

I placed an order for federally legal chemicals (ignoring the negative comments I have read on youtube and believing the good ones instead) through his website 2 months ago and have been officially ripped off. I received an email providing a tracking number that didn't work, and began seeing comments on the Chris Spice facebook page that EVERYONE was on the same boat, he was lying to ALL his customers trying to drag out new orders as long as possible.

He provided excuses, drama, blah blah blah until just a few days ago I realized that his website chrisspice.net has been suspended, his facebook has been deactivated, and other people are beginning to post on here as well about the same thing happening to them. He took orders from his customer base for 2 months, then pulled the plug, took the money and ran.

It's a shame that the "company" facebook page has been turned off, because it was becoming flooded with comments of initially patient customers that soon turned absolutely angry... ALL of them were lied to openly on the page and finally deactivated it.

Chris's personal facebook page has always been open to public comments, and the day the chit hit the fan he disabled that ability as well to avoid scrutiny.

If you were a customer of his, and were also ripped off, please reply here or start your own thread. I have details regarding his personal information and how to go about pursuing legal action and even "street justice".

Christopher O. Cerulli, you truly are a lying, scamming thief.

He prides himself on being a security officer lol, because he is too mentally/physically incompetent to be a law enforcement officer.... and good thing, he has been breaking the law for at least 1.5 years.
