Jonathan call progress and till them there was people living playing with the power. so the power co had turn the power off and apt a and b had to pay a big bill and other things done to the meter. so the cops were called 3 times about the power. at to am in the morning chris wakes up heirs a lound sound the power  came on dont no why but chris calls the cops and goes back inside the power goes back off. Jonathan call the cops and again tils the cops a tail story and calls the tip line and the cable co and said the the people that live ther are steeling cable to let every one know the line was not there any more be couse Jonathan did not know it was taken off all rady and fixed. there you have it chris talk to the neighbor and they tauld him that Jonanthan had wired the place up they did not whant them to get in to truble for Jonathan. Chris haddock took it up on hes self to go to jail for the duplex wiring be couse he did live there. I feel so sorry for those who buy his stories and fall victim to him. I  have taken interest in this only to show those who doubt how easy it is for non-paying renters to screw us rental owners out of income despite clear leases and legal protections. In fact this report is being cited in an article I am writing for a local publication.

These individuals made an inquiry to my husbands company about a rental so we performed our normal internet checks along with full background checks which led to these reports. We surmised our feelings about these scamming non-paying 'con artist' individuals in RipoffReport # 772998 to do our part and inform the public of these dangerous criminals. After speaking with the Clerk of Court it has been determined what happened with Chris Haddocks probation/sentencing on 5/31/2011. TWO cases were sentenced at the same time.
 
During the 5/31/2011 hearing Chris Haddock was handed down TWO decisions - 1 for his Felony 'Violation of Probation" (case# CRC0920228CFANO), and 1 for his Criminal Misdemeanor writing a bad check  (case# CTC1112049MMANO) to the Clerk of Court for the Felony Grand Theft fines/fees. The Felony probation was set to end 12/28/2011.
 
The $875.00 bad check Chris Haddock wrote on 11/24/2010 was for the court costs of his Felony Grand Theft charge. Chris Haddock then attempted to have his probation dropped at the same time, however it was denied, as restitution to Progress Energy was part of the probation.
 
After talking with one of the Felony probation officers it was realized the Criminal Misdemeanor 'Bad Check' conviction carried a 1 year probation period and the $919 ($875 + fines/costs) restitution to the Clerk of Court. This NEW probation still allows the Court to reclaim its costs from the Felony Grand Theft case, as Chris Haddock has claimed 'Indigent Status' with zero ability to repay, plus any new fees/fines/costs from this conviction.
 
This means Chris Haddock is NOT in jail or a mental facility (sad to say) but is still on Misdemeanor probation for 12 months with a required payback to the court for the costs/fines/fees for his Felony conviction.
 
Bottom line - Chris Haddock traded 6 months of Felony probation for 12 months of Criminal Misdemeanor probation, and still owes the Clerk of Court $919 + fines/fees.
 
The claims of the Felony Grand Theft being dropped due to 'lies' is total bullshit and yet another attempt to deceive anyone reading this. Nice try but there is only one true story - the truth.  I thank the Clerk of Court rep and probation officer for clearing up the confusion.

To all those who have followed this thread there are many lessons here, one of which is that those who have no decency for human life and steal from others will say and do anything to twist small facts/events into whatever they want to get away with it. Disabled people are a 'protected' class and so police side with them even when that 'protected' person is breaking the law. God will eventually judge them however, and no matter how 'protected' they think they are, God will pass his judgment when he is ready. After 30 months of living free, the squatters Brenda and Bernard Jackson  are now thrown out, tossed out on their asses. Yes folks, God has finally ruled - Chris Haddock was incarcerated for 12 months on 5/31/2011, and his squatter parents, Brenda and Bernard Jackson have now been thrown out by the Sheriff's Office during the morning of 7/22/2011.
 
The 'Writ of Possession' issued on 5/26/2011 allowed a 26-day 'Emergency Stay Of Writ' until 6/21/2011, and then the bank lawyer in classical fashion screwed up by asking for a 'Pluribus Writ of Possession' on only one writ - a no-no in legal terms. So it took a few phone calls and persistence, but finally two separate 'Writ of Possessions' were issued on 7/15/2011. Brenda Jackson applied for a third 'Motion for Emergency Stay of Writ of Possession' on 7/18/2011, and after calling the judge and explaining how they were con-artist squatters, denied the motion. With this motion denied, calls were placed to ensure both writs were ready to be executed, and both were. So as of today - 7/22/2011, Brenda and Bernard Jackson and any other squatters have been forcibly removed from their residence.
 
God giveth and God taketh away people. God gave these people a great chance and like so many con-artists they blew a great opportunity for short-term gain. God keeps score people and does not like ugly situations. It may take time and many hurdles have to be overcome, but when God rules there is no  fighting it. The message is - those who set out to purposely hurt innocent people eventually pay a heavy price in a big way. Bad things happen to good people every day, but these despicable low-lifes who claim  innocence have finally been proven to be liars.
 
So far, God has struck down many of those who stole a man's family and kill off his hopes of having a life with his children totally against his will. This came from his violating his probation by causing damage to another's car then claiming a false injunction against that person. Had he not meddled in another's relationship and lied so damn much he would not be where he is now. He wouldn't be on probation had he not set someone up for what he did stealing electricity and water from Progress Energy and the Water Department.
 
5) Brenda and Bernard Jackson have been forced out by Sheriff Deputies after 2 1/2 years of living free on the backs of two small children and the man who tried to save his property for their future.
 
The message is clear - those who took part in the heist will pay when God is ready. No amount of lies/bullshit/claims of fear or need will stop him. Had any bad things happen to you lately? It is called karma coming back to get you. Redemption is only a few words/actions away but ultimately those who fail to do the right thing will pay a heavy price when God is ready. Chris Haddocks registered address when arrested 3/20/2011 was in Apt. A of 141st. Upon release, per the Florida Dept of Corrections website, Chris Haddock changed his address to Apt. B. Currently he and his parents are being pressured to leave by the Sherriff, who has 10 days to execute the writ issued on 4/21/2011. This means he and his parents Brenda and Bernard Jackson/Haddock will be out soon. Hey Brenda you said you were not going anywhere anytime soon. Hmm really?
 
In June of 2010, Chris Haddock used the new state law regarding eviction of tenants to include Extended Stay if a disabled or elderly person was involved. Bernard is 60-ish and not disabled, and  the Sherriff clearly will accommodate the old folks. The law is the law, and 10 days to get out ought to be enough. They have paid zero rent for over two years, been proven liars and cheats, so no loss. They lived free on the backs of childrens future money, but hey people who are heinous-minded do not care, which makes them by definition Psychopaths, and thus dangerous. Hence this entire thread. Once Chris Haddock has rifled your cell phone for any numbers you have stored, he will use that information and when angered start calling your friends/relatives and talk smack about you. Now, granted your friends/family will think he is insane and most likely not believe a word he says, but the hassle of explaining how you even came to know this nutcase is ridiculous. Haddock will then sign up for numerous social network accounts using a bogus email address, which, not surprisingly has some variation of your name in it, then field any emails and even send threatening emails designed to look like his mark. If police investigate they will determine the mark was not the source, wasting everyones time.  The People Finder networks tap into each other, and now there are multiple listings of your name with false info. MORE hassle only if someone from your past is looking to find you. The only word to describe Chris Haddock is Heinous, which actually came from Coral Heights webpage as he self-described his behavior towards anyone he did not like. Yeah, cut from the same cloth they are. Bullies with no conscious.
 
Repeat Violence Injunctions:
Once Chris Haddock screws someone over, its natural one gets upset. When confronted by the used mark, Haddock extends his intimidation of harassment by filing a bogus Repeat Violence Injunction. So far only one has stuck, simply because Haddock and this author were falsely arrested due to the same person. That injunction stuck because the claim made was false, a lie, and no grounds for arrest, yet like typical cops drummed up by a hysterical person, will make an arrest to cover their asses. That case was dropped in less than 3 weeks. Lightning fast for Pinellas County.
 
So Haddock tells the former mark he is going to get them in trouble with an injunction. Haddock brings this on himself, and uses Repeat Violence injunctions to avoid any consequences for his actions. This is a choice tactic of heinous-minded people since they survive by thugary means, and injunctions are the only no-cost option to avoid having to pay any consequence.
 
Anthony Pursser received an in injunction against Chris Haddock in March 1999. Since then Chris Haddock learned injunctions are a free and easy way to harass someone. Chris Haddock has attempted and failed Repeat Violence injunctions against Anthony Pursser, Dale George, Weston Godfrey, Frank Guthrie, Mike Grant and Erik Spaulding. All were dismissed at the hearing. Joan Bishop filed against Chris Haddock twice for Domestic Violence. Failed the first time but succeeded the second.  Being a permanent injunction, he is not allowed anywhere near Joan Bishop.

Chris Haddocks Repeat Violence injunction against Erik Spaulding was Dismissed at the hearing on 4/21/2011. This demonstrates a PATTERN that Haddock follows, and in true Glenn Beck fashion I will lay it out.

1)      Haddock finds a mark

2)      Haddock manipulates events until he gets what he wants

3)      If Haddock does not get what he wants then he throws a temper tantrum and destroys something in the process and threatens calling cops and giving bad story about mark to stress them out since no arrest is usually made. Cops side with the one who calls first unless proven to be a bogus call. This is one method of how Chris Haddock attacks.

As this applies to Chris Haddocks current situation, it goes like this:

1)      Erik Spaulding didnt give Haddock what he wanted so trashed his car

2)      Erik Spaulding called cops and Haddock was arrested for a misdemeanor Criminal Mischief charge between $200-$1,000 damage.

3)      Haddock is released from jail at 3pm. By 8pm Haddock is arrested for Felony Tampering with a witness due to Haddocks usual approach to yell/scream/rattle nerves of his mark. In this case Chris Haddock sat for 3 weeks in jail because his bond would not be lowered. The Judge ordered NO CONTACT WITH VICTIM.

4)      After bonding out Haddock in his predictable behavior filed a Repeat Violence injunction to reach out and intimidate Erik Spaulding since Haddock cant go near him. This is one of Haddocks typical methods used to harass/intimidate his mark/victims.
 
Some other methods to intimidate his mark/victims:

False Police Reports:
Chris Haddock calls police to file a report with lies about the mark, which gets processed that night. This way there is a Report on file, despite no facts. If there were merit to the claims they would be acted upon. This way Haddock can tell his mark the Police want to talk with them. Just the stress alone is enough for most people.
 
Haddock filed  3 false Suicidal reports so cops would bang on the door and stress out the mark. The 4th call was a live 911 call on tape- and targeted the owner of the residence the mark was at as a form of punishment to that person for allowing the mark to be there. Police had one handcuff on him before realizing they had the wrong person. 30 minutes later this person had a severe heart attack and almost died.  This person almost filed Felony charges of abuse of elderly/disabled person against Chris Haddock but decided not to unless Haddock did it again.
 
Vonage:
Vonage requires an active line to setup and use. Vonage accepts a live phone number because they   operate under the assumption the actual phone number owner is making the switch. Haddock signs up for a Vonage account (he has had 9 in the past 2 years) and sets it up using his marks phone number/address then makes any call and people think it is the mark when really it is Haddock being a harassing asshole. 911 calls show the name/address used during the Vonage setup, which of course is Haddocks marks info. Police will not check validity of the phone account due to the 911 system requiring immediate response. This is why Haddock makes false 911 calls using his marks phone number/address so Police go banging on the persons door, only to find no emergency. Done several times it is very stressful.

Once police investigate to see if the actual person made the 911 call do they realize the call was not made from the mark.  The mark has no idea what just happened. Only if someone realizes what is going on and files a report will the State Attorney get involved. Since no mark understands what just happened, Chris Haddock gets away with it.

Full Disclosure: Coral Heights is one of 6 people who schemed and coached Spring Hill to set up/steal/deprive this poster of his house through false statements to police  to use an injunction to enable 2 weeks access to property and against the owners permission, stole permanent fixtures, which led to loss of income and ultimate foreclosure, which is when Chris Haddock conned the owner out of the last hope to save the property. Now he is on here standing up for Chris Haddock the career criminal.

A previous poster observed of two people who used each other from the day they met. After seeing Chris Haddocks record of abuses of the system through CON ARTIST methods, the argument leans more towards Chris Haddock finding a new mark (on the heels of a bad domestic breakup) - to allow himself and his parents live free as long as possible. After reading this entire thread it looks more and more like Chris Haddock, with his mother attempting to paint him as a victim, will try and spin words to their advantage, while denying the truth. Epic fail. Karma comes back and takes whatever you thought you had, through totally unrelated events. It takes time, sure, but it will happen. Always does.

Why? So he and his parents can live for free. What price is too high? All too often those who have NOT been screwed by someone like Chris Haddock claim the moral high ground to justify their actions, when really they are living in denial of their own criminal mind.

Chris has managed to force a 'cash for keys' from the bank which means they pay him to get out.

There are many cases of Chris being a habitual liar, and as expected you his mother will not see that since he will not let you. Read the above truth about how he filed 4 false suicide claims against the former homeowner, used the power of attorney he claimed was destroyed yet he used to try and remove over $5,000 from a bank account with it, then in November 2009 tried to pull off insurance fraud by using that power of attorney to add himself to mortgage and insurance accounts to file a false claim for fire damage due to faulty wiring. That claim was dismissed.

The list goes on and on... Chris is a habitual liar who abuses police and others lives to live as free as possible. If you choose not to accept this that is your prerogative. Facts say otherwise and now with a second check in the cash for keys attempt, Chris will have to go or be arrested on behalf of the property owners. Go look at the 6/17/10 attempt to vacate the premesis by writ of posession.... deny that?? Go see the 9/1/10 hearing for a second attempt for writ of posession.. there is no section 8 or talks to purchase the property - the bank wants him OUT of there NOW. If he does not go this time he will be escorted off the property or arrested if deemed necessary by police. It is called - e-v-i-c-t-i-o-n. That is what happens to squatters who pay no rent in over 18 months.

As his mother, it is understandable you will defend him as any loving mother would. Chris has spun himself a web-of-lies he can ot cover any longer. The electrical box issue was his doing too, yet you paid for it. Interesting how he has no recorded payments of his almost $2,000 restitution to the power company 8 months after he was convicted of Grand Theft... choose to believe what you will but his time is up. Chris has 2 years to pay back the restitution, and if he were smart he would take the money from the cash-for-keys and pay it off, or else come 12/28/2011 he will be in default and taken to jail again for non-payment.

According to Pinellas County Records, on 6/1/2010 the mortgage company won posession of the premesis from resident squatters (Chris Haddock, Brenda and Bernard Jackson) who have lived free for over a year at 3790 141st PL N, a duplex, in Largo. On 6/17 the "Writ Of Posession" was attempted to be executed, and using his parents as scapegoats, Chris Haddock manipulated the Police into not enforcing the Writ due to claiming Bernard Jackson was a disabled veteran. A judge agreed to a "Emergency Stay" on 6/21/2010.

Chris Haddock was removed from Apartment A and relocated into Apartment B. During the month of July 2010, a 'Cash For Keys' plea was entered into court records, with the hearing set for 9/1/2010. With a check made out to Brenda and Bernand Jackson, plus the additional time to find another place to live, the premesis will finally be empty of all squatters who lie/cheat/steal/manipulate the system for a cheap place to live. Can not beat free!

While Chris Haddock's Felony probation officer, Robert Gunn, is not aware Chris Haddock lives with his parents at this address, in fact Chris Haddock has lied to his probation officer and given a friends apartment address across the street, and claims he pays rent and therefore can not afford to pay the $2,000 in restitution he owes to Progress Energy for Felony Theft of Power.
