He deals through Ebays, Forums sites , Craigslist
Purchased 3 Iphone 5's from Him Thought it would be safe enough since he sends an Invoice (90% of the times sent invoices are protected) He some how figured a way to make it look legit, You pay through i. He ships it late with a tracking number
Once Opened, I found a rock and possibly stolen phones So now You're possibly facing petty theif charges if you wern't aware and have taken it in to activate it. and not only that, It's hard to prove that you didn't steal these your self since there is no Apple , Carrier reciepts. That and you will lose your money
So he gets away with stolen phones and comes up cash on top.
Be very careful, I am still working out whatever I can about my issue. if anyone has questions in regards to how the update is, and if others are also a victom to this scammer. Maybe I can help as well.
