I have been totally and explicity scammed, ripped of and violated at Christopher hanna platinum also known as Christopher Hanna Hair...in Sydney, Australia

they are very cunning and deceitful, there only premise is to take your money and totally discard you.

where do I start?

I purchased a keratin guava treatment voucher online off there website, as soon as i had it printed i called them to book it, when they found out I had a voucher they kept claiming they were busy and booked out, tried emailing and calling for 2 weeks and same result, I went to the salon to get my refund and as soon as i ask for it they said "We have a spot available now" hmmmmm.

The salon was fairly empty, a bunch of hairdressers playing on there phones.

I was sat down and had my hair washed and they applied the treatment, the treatment was extremely pungent, it burnt my nose and the back of my throat, I did get through it, they then ironed it in and i was done.

they ironed by hair yet my hair was still incredibily frizzy and still had curls in it, and my hair smelt like it was burnt, and the fact is it was burnt. I paid to have my hair straightened and smoothed and walked out with straw-like hair.

I contacted the salon the following day to alert them of my hair, they were rude and inept, absolutely no customer service at all, my hair is now falling out, my scalp is irritated and have to wait for proceedings throught consumer affairs to get my money back.

My neighbours daughter also went to christopher hanna platinum, and guess what? the exact same thing, no results, just fried hair by incompetent hairdressers and no followup from management.

Avoid this salon, they are true butchers in the sense of it.

Christopher Hanna and Sam Badawi you should be ashamed of yourselves.
