Chrysler Financial Corporation Affected a negative credit rating without valid reason slow prossessing Auburn Hills Michigan

In the very beginning stages of my loan with Chrysler Financial there was a communication error between Chrysler Financial and myself on Automatic Bank Withdrawl process.
I filled out the forms and sent them through. At this time I was in the process of relocating from Australia to the US and had returned to Australia to move personal belongings.
It was my assumption the first payment would be processed by this method and my loan would be covered. I was not aware of the time lag in the processing of the Automated Bank Withdrawl application. The first bill wnet to my work address but I was not there for a period of three weeks. I was then contacted by Chrysler Financial near the date of the second payment and asked why I was in default.
When we discovered the problem I made immediately made two payments via cash service, one covering the initial payment and one for the upcoming payment. From that point on all payments were then covered by automatic Bank Withdrawl.
I subsequently discovered that Chrysler Financial had advised the credit bureaus (Equifax) of the missed payment which has had a negative affect on my credit rating.
I called Chrysler Financial to straighten out the situation and was advised I would have a supervisor contact me to resolve the issue.
I was never called. I have called again numerous times to rectify and yet I get no cooperation from Chrysler Financial to remove the damaging credit issue from my record. I have followed up with a letter explaining the issue. No response.
Chrysler Customer Service is not willing to provide any contact names or non PO box addresses for registered mail to be sent to. With the level of anonymity it is not possible to file the dispute according tot he conditions required by credit agencies.
This failure to have resolution has cost me numerous credit issues as it has impacted my credit score. I do not think that this mishap justifies the negative score that has been afforded to me as a customer of Chrysler Financial credit.
I have requested that Chrysler Financial in good faith, and for the fact that I have not missed a payment since the first issue arose, and that this issue came to happen due to a processing time lag and not intentional happening, withdraw the negative non-payment claim and aid in repairing my credit rating with the major credit bureaus.
This issue has cost me financially in the refinancing of my home to the tune of over $800.00 per month.
