Last month at around 1am I needed a ride back home to Aliso Viejo from a bar in Laguna Beach after I was celebrating at a bachelorette gathering with some girlfriends and couldn't drive back because I had a couple drinks. I got the number to Ciao Taxi from a friend. A man wearing a silly bandana on his head, Edison Krosi, finally shows up (40 minutes late) reeking of body odor and alcohol.
All I wanted was a simple ride back home and nothing else. After I got in this man wouldn't stop commenting how "sexy" I looked in my dress. I told him thank you and my husband thanks you as well. On the short ride back the comments wouldn't stop. He explained to me he was done with work for the day and wanted to have a drink with me. I politely said "no thanks" and felt very creeped out when I was dropped off.
The next night the phone calls started. Apparently he captured my cell number when I left it unblocked the night before. For the next few nights I received a series of nasty, perverted voicemails about what he wanted to do to me. I was grossed out and also very scared since he knew where I lived.
I ended up having to go to court and filing a restraining order to stop this. When I was there filing the protective order a clerk informed me that two other women had also filed restraining orders against this man, Edison Krosi. I am not at all surprised at this.
Although the calls have stopped I am still scared. I often see this creepy man in the bandana hanging around bars here in Aliso Viejo late at night and assume he is looking for more than fares.

I find practically all of this rubbish regarding Edison, completely inaccurate. First of all I'd like to address the "sex as payment" nonsense. This is a complete lie, at no time has Edison said to accept sex as payment, in fact he is very strict in avoiding any and all sexual conduct with a customer, even if customer is offering. It does not matter if they insist, find you attractive, they are sober or drunk, we are to avoid it under ANY circumstance.
In no instance are we advised to accept anything other than currency as payment. In fact we are strongly discouraged by Edison not to.
Secondly, I've know Edison quite awhile, years in fact and not as a customer, so I've got an inside look at things. Not once has he EVER drank with his customers while driving, although he loves his coffee. Again this is a point he strongly suggests, if a customer insists on sharing a drink with you, you may keep them company, but you are to never drink alcohol while working. If you make friends with these people, which happens often since I like to be very personable and engaging with customers, you may meet up after hours for a drink and probably call Edison for a ride home myself.
In regards to driving habits: this job requires us to arrive to locations with very little time to do so, we do our best to be safe, but be on time. Moreover, in the majority of fares the customer is in a hurry to get where they're going, if they request an expedited trip we do our best to accommodate that customer while adhering to the law the best we can. Although many of these people can get to these locations without the need for a driver, they rely on our knowledge of optimal routes, traffic conditions and a quick and safe journey. Moreover it becomes second nature to get your customer to their location quickly; however, if you ever feel uncomfortable with our expedited driving, which is very rare in my experience, just mention that you are in no hurry and are more comfortable at a leisurely pace. We are here to accommodate you and you alone, you are in control and we'll drive in circles for an hour if that's what you want.

Angelica please stop this. I have seen the horrible horrible things that you have done to Edison and i have heard absolute horror stories about you. Please quit trying to act like an angel. You are a very very sick woman and you need help. Your last comment was absolutely ridiculous. You are crazy and you would do anything to watch Edison sit in jail for no reason. You have done this before. Go get some help and start taking your medication again. Please. Leave your childrens father alone. They will only hate you in the end. I am sure of it. Please be advised that someone wrote this report pretending to be me, the former wife or pretending to know me. I would never say such things about my former husband. He is a good father and was a loyal husband. We had our differences and we quietly divorced. Such vial things were written by an emotionally unstable person who had pretended to know me and my children.
The tone of the report shows emotional and mental instability. It is unprofessional to attack and individual and their business and I would not have wanted this to be done to me. I truly apologize that this review was written and will do what is in my power to have a full investigation of the original author who admits she was drunk by saying she needed a ride home from a bar. No I am not the ex-wife of this greaseball Edison Krosi. I am a customer who made the mistake of getting in his ciao taxi cab that night and became one of his apparent victims. I decided to check back on my review after seeing this creep pick up a fare at a local bar but not leaving until after sharing a round of shots with the people leaving. Luckily I was in the restaurant area and he didn't notice me as I am still scared he will follow through with his perverted threats.
Reading through the phoney rebuttals he posted that he is a "businessman". I find that laughable. He is a low-class greasball pervert who stalked and harassed me until I got a restraining order. I saw him leering at women in the bar area again wearing that stupid bright yellow bandana on his head. Why would a 50 year old man wear something like this? What a creep!
I find it totally believable and fitting to his character that he is a deadbeat dad who threatened to smash his wife's face and brains in after chasing her down in his car. After what I experienced and witnessed it seems like this guy is very willing and capable to do these horrible things.
All I can say to anyone getting in his cab, especially women, be very very careful, this guy is bad news.

Wow, I have never seen so many people write such nonsense about one person. Is it really this many people or is it just one, posing as many? I believe it is just one, Angelica, posing as many. My point proven in her comment, written about herself in the 3rd person. She just forgot to change the name on the first one, and then another comment exacty the same shows up under another name? I really had a good laugh with that one. Her bringing up Edison's personal life in this forum reserved for consumers and businesses, shows her lack of class. Really Angelica, people in glass houses should not throw stones. Just leave Edison alone. Don't you realize you are hurting your children with your actions? They should always be your number one priority, trying to ruin their father's business is nothing but selfish, horrible and truly shows a lack of class. Enough said.

This is a site where customers can make COMPLAINTS about a certain company. This is called freedom of speech AKA the first amendment, so you saying you are going to have a "criminal attorney" talk to and sue the people that make complaints on here is so ridiculous and ignorant, I don't even have a response for that. Trust me, I have better things to do with my day, but when I saw that MULTIPLE people have had the same experiences that my friends and I did, I had to write something on here. You should focus on the sexual harassment/restraining orders that THREE female customers have placed against you (which is why this whole report started) and then learn how to deal with criticism.

Angelica is obviously desperate to find anyone she can to write comments on here or she is writing these herself. In all my years i have not even met this many people that have good things to say about her. All of these comments are from people that she has asked to write them. If Angelica is such a God fearing person then why in the world doesn't she leave Edison alone. Quit harassing him, and quit writing comments about him. They are all lies and she knows it. He has a great reputation and these accusations will not do anything to his business, i am sure. Leave him alone and tend to your children and move on with your life. I am sure that this is all that he wants for you. I am puzzled at why she keeps writing on this site. I know Edison and many of his clients and they all have nothing but praise when they speak of him and any of them that know Angelica have nothing but negative things to say about her. This is all very true. Angelica please stop making up stories to try and hurt him. You are hurting your children more than anything and you don't even realize what you are doing. They should be your number one priority right now and trying to make their father lose his business is a horrible and selfish thing to do. This business that he has will predict what kind of lifestyle they will have all while they are growing up. Why would you ever want to ruin this for them. If you've ever ridden with Edison you know he drives like a maniac and that means usually over 100 MPH to wherever you are going. A few weeks ago I was in Laguna canyon heading home from Laguna and traffic was stopped. I saw Edison in his black Ciao Taxi drive into the oncoming traffic lane to pass people and then cut someone off to get back into the regular lane before almost getting hit by an oncoming car.
There have been MULTIPLE times where Edison was supposed to show up and at the last minute he doesn't or he sends some random guy that doesn't speak english and is rude. He called us TWO minutes before he was supposed to pick us up to go to a concert and said "sorry I can't pick you up." Why couldn't he have called us 15, 20, 30 mins before if he knew he couldn't get us??? We called another company and it took them 40 mins to get us. We were super late and missed half the show.
I have personally watched him take shots of alcohol at bars (so have my friends) and then drove off to pick someone up or picked us up smelling HEAVILY like alcohol. This explains why he drives so recklessly.
As for Angelica, the times we have used her she has been very professional, is ALWAYS on time or if she's not, she CALLS wayyyyy in advance to let you know. She never smells like alcohol when she is driving and you don't feel like your life is going to end when you get a ride from her. She drives the speed limit and drives safely. She wears womens business attire when she works to be a true professional, which she is. To say she sleeps with her clients is so ridiculous and slanderous, whoever posted that is obviously bitter or is trashy themselves. She is just trying to make a living and have someone in her life COUGH COUGH move on.
It's obvious who is wrong in this situation, especially after reading the harassment comments and restraining order. I think someone (wink wink) needs to chill out and leave people alone that want to be left alone so they can get home safely or do their job without being harassed while they are trying to make money and build a business.

All taxi companies in state of CA have to be inspected and they are major liabilities involved...nobody cares to hear all the BS lies he said she said crap and who did what to who when married that's all personal between the 2 and it's drama. I am sure the Taxi services and qualifications to legally own and operate in CA are doing thier jobs. They can drug test randomly and I am sure Mr. Krosi is aware of that and would not ever drink and drive! or try to hit or stalk his clients..so what Anyone can get other people to lie on thier behalf but the State will not employ a DMV business if these accusations where true! who cares about drama FACT is his company is squeaky clean and all the allegations have yet to be proven while he is in business! so stop it and leave this man alone!

I do recollect seeing a review that got removed somehow( I think it's because there were two separate review pages for ciao taxi and yelp just kept the page with the most reviews) where a customer stated that edison had pick them up, and told the customer that he had been drinking wine, and he was making a joke about it. Obviously you people don't know the REAL Edison.
I don't know how you people can feel safe with this guy driving you around when he honestly gets a speeding ticket more often than he showers, true story. He's always coming into the Renaissance for drinks, and one of the cocktail waitresses had mentioned to me that he had told her about the divorce, and insisted that she would come over his place for some wine. Obviously he puts on a front to his loyal customers and only tells them what he wants them to hear.

I do recollect seeing a review that got removed somehow( I think it's because there were two separate review pages for ciao taxi and yelp just kept the page with the most reviews) where a customer stated that edison had pick them up, and told the customer that he had been drinking wine, and he was making a joke about it. Obviously you people don't know the REAL Edison.
I don't know how you people can feel safe with this guy driving you around when he honestly gets a speeding ticket more often than he showers, true story. He's always coming into the Renaissance for drinks, and one of the cocktail waitresses had mentioned to me that he had told her about the divorce, and insisted that she would come over his place for some wine. Obviously he puts on a front to his loyal customers and only tells them what he wants them to hear.

First of all, why would Angelica go out of her way to make false accusation of this guy?? I'm sure she has better things to do with her life than to go online and write a false report on this guy and his company. Maybe she also wrote false reports on yelp as well.

1. My name is Wayne W. Suojanen. I am an attorney, licensed to practice in California (Bar No. 193627). My law office has been located in Aliso Viejo, Orange County, California, since 2002, and I have resided in Aliso Viejo since 2004. I have known Petitioner, Angelica M. Espindola since at least 2003, and Respondent Edison Krosi since 2005. I met them when all of us lived in Aliso Viejo. Before Petitioner and Respondent divorced, we frequently socialized at the local Starbucks or at their apartment.
2. Ms. Espindola works as a chauffeur, driving her own limousine. On or about May 24, 2012, I drove with her in her limousine to pick up a client in Aliso Viejo, just off of Glenwood Drive. Ms. Espindola was driving the client to John Wayne Airport. As we left the clients condominium and drove down Glenwood Drive, just before the intersection with Enterprise, I observed Edison Krosi who works for a competing limousine service turn onto Glenwood Drive from Enterprise in his limousine in front of us. Mr. Krosi then stuck his arm up through the sun roof of his vehicle, holding a camera then a cellphone in his hand, and began photographing/videotaping us as we drove behind him and to his right. He continued photographing us until we reached the intersection of Glenwood and Aliso Creek Rd., at which point he sped off.
3. About 5-10 minutes later, we were heading north on the 405 Freeway. As we approached the Rt. 133 on-ramp to the 405, I observed Mr. Krosi drive down the ramp, enter the 405, and pull ahead of us. Again, Mr. Krosi stuck his arm up through the sun roof of his vehicle, holding a camera or cellphone in his hand, and began photographing/videotaping us as we drove behind him. He continued photographing us for several miles, at which point he sped off.
4. Ms. Espindola exited the 405 at MacArthur, dropped off her client at the American Airlines terminal at John Wayne Airport, and proceeded toward the airport exit. As we passed the next terminal, I saw Mr. Krosi waiting in his limousine. Again, Mr. Krosi began photographing/videotaping us as Ms. Espindola drove by him.
5. The client was shaken by Mr. Krosis conduct. Ms. Espindola was shaken by Mr. Krosis conduct, and she apologized profusely to her client for what was happening.
6. I was shaken by Mr. Krosis conduct, more so because I have read the terms of the Restraining Order expressly prohibiting him from surveilling, stalking, harassing, or following Ms. Espindola.
7. I have personal knowledge of the facts stated above and, if sworn, could and would testify competently to them.

All I can say is WOW! and may God bless Edison Krosi, truthfully! I am the "scorned" Ex wife of this man. Although I was not in the cab to testify about the allegations- I can honestly testify to the comments made about me. I am the mother of his children that have been in my sole care since October 24th 2011. Mr. Krosi likes to tell people that he is a loving, hardworking father, but what he fails to disclose is that he is a deadbeat father who refuses to pay child support for his children. We have been to court almost every month since December and every time that we are there, Mr. Krosi has one excuse or another just so he won't have to pay child support. Mr. Krosi has filed 2 restraining orders against me and has even hired false witnesses to say that I am following him! What a joke! When do I have the time to follow Mr. Krosi when I have to drive our children back and forth to the sitter's house, or school, or doctor's appointments, etc... and on top of that, I am trying to run my own business. I lack the time and certainly the motivation to see this man. Furthermore, I am the one with the restraining order against Mr. Krosi. If you think that Mr. Krosi calling me 83 times in one hour is "normal" and Mr. Krosi placing his hands around my neck and threatening to "smash my brains and face in" is the act of a loving, hardworking father, you really don't know this man. Having him drive you for a short time here and there is not enough time to know someone. If you people are really interested in knowing the truth, don't take it from me, in your own words, I am nothing but a nasty ex trying to ruin Mr. Krosi's reputation- go to the Orange County's records and look up case # 10D003183, that will give you most of the truth. I say most because Mr. Krosi's "domestic violence" reports against me are also filed. Ladies, keep in mind that there are 3 sides to a story, his side, mine and the truth. As for the reputation that is trying to be ruined, Mr. Krosi has done everything in his power to ruin mine when all I did was get Mr. Krosi his green card, then his citizenship, the business, his children, and all he can do is badmouth me to existing clients- It is truly sad because all I am doing is providing for the children that he supposedly loves so much! He is a deadbeat father who files false tax returns in order to avoid paying for his kids. Our 5 yo daughter asked her father Eddie for shoes, he refused, but he was able to buy a new Mercedes even though he has no money. Way to go Mr. Krosi. I truly hope that God sheds His mercy on you and that one day when you see all the damage you've done, that you forgive yourself, I certainly have. God bless you because after all, you are our children's father and they deserve better.

I feel like I should state my opinion, I am a friend of Edison Krosi. I have been in his taxi when he has picked up clients, always right on time, and he has never exhibited the behavior stated in this report.
Edison is nothing but a professional through and through. I have never seen him drink and drive, ever. If I ever would be in need of a ride late at night, he would be the first and only person I would call. I have recommended him to my friends and family to call when they need rides.
He is a workaholic if anything, but first and foremost he is a perfect gentleman. He is a loving a devoted father who adores his kids, and works so hard for them.
He has a heart of gold, and the person who wrote this is nothing but a vindictive, mean ex. It saddens me to read these lies about such a nice, caring man.
He has worked very hard to build the business he has by being on call 24/7. I have never seen anyone work harder than Edison. This person just wants to destroy what he has built by telling lies.
Their lack of maturity truly shows through their remarks about the bandana he wears. This report is nothing but lies and Edison is not even close to what this report is saying.

My husband and I have been customer for 2 years. he is an amazing, hard working man who loves his kids. He never looked anything other than professional to me and lady wrote this disgusting lie is full of evil to write such a lie. I am sorry to bust your ego but I have had my beautiful girlfriends in his cab and he has been nothing but professional and certainly does not disrespect any of us ever! He is very reliable and best service for confident passengers to feel safe and respected always. Please do not feed into a jealous person who wants to throw ugly accusations to a very good man and father who wants nothing more than to be left alone and move on with his very trusted business and be a great provider and loving father:-) fyi there is no evidence of voicemails, or anyone ever witness him drinking..that is because he doesn't drink! nor police report she made this up! Karma Lady who wrote this lie:-) God sees all! I am commenting on the report against Ciao Taxi that was written. What a bunch of nonsense this person is writing. Edison Krosi is a highly respected businessman in the community and has been for a long time. I have never heard one negative comment about him by anyone ever. He is quiet and very professional. He has the utmost respect for everyone and especially the clients that he drives. He would never ever jeopardize his reputation and everything he has worked so hard to establish by harrassing a client. No way ever. This is a scorned exwife more than likely that has a terrible reputation in the same community. Most people that know him, would agree that his work day is never over. He is a workaholic and has never drank as long as i have known him. And for this person to focus repeatedly on his bandana is ridiculous. His ex is constantly harrassing Edison and trying with all of her might to ruin him in any way that she can. Everyone knows this about her. He is a wonderful human being and would never disrespect anyone. male or female. Just ask anyone that has ever had the privilege to meet him.
