Cicon Electronics Internet scam/ fake parts supplier warehouse/ Woodside, , New York

As can be seen from doing a search around the Internet, these people have an impressive storefront as seen by the web with a vast supply of parts available at bargain prices, but though they charge an immediate fee by paypal or charge card, there is no documented parts shipment or even attempt at communication.  Though they bill themselves as a Yahoo Ecommerce site, there is nothing here but sham and hypocrisy.  I emailed, faxed, called and certified mailed them to no avail about my relatively small order.  But I learned by searching that the atty Gen of NY state is involved and there are many who are in the same boat.  In fact, one person went to the physical address and posted that it is a dusty, small and dark room - and the proprieter refused to address the complaints levied against the business.  The business owner has several aliases.  I leave the reader to look at the search results.
