Well, to start. This free 30 day trial program is not free. They keep on charging your account over and over again. I am currently out 400+ dollars becuase of this company. I was never told that I would be charged anything on my card.

I called back in the first 30 days and told them to cancel the program. From there I had not realized that they had already charged my card 2 times in the total amount of 109 and change. They told me that I didn't need to send the product back and that I was taken care of.

One month later. I was charged 2 times AGAIN for 109 and change. Upon realizing this 2 weeks before Christmas I called the company and they apparently had no notes on my account that I had called before. At this point severely upset I told them what the previous rep had told me. They called me a liar and hung up. Calling back again. I spoke with someone new. At a new office. I asked to speak with a supervisor and they said that they didnt have one and that they worked from home. I hung up. Calling again. I Call and reach a new call center. Were they tell me that they are going to look into my account and call me back.

2 days later. No responce. I call back again. Telling that person that I am not getting off of the phone until action is taken only to be hung up on. At this point I am really upset. I am still out 400+ dollars and I have been hung up several times and lied to about being called back. I called again. This time I finally got someone who would have seemed to have given a hoot. I talked to them explained my situation and they said that they would look into this and give me a call back... I said no... I will hold. (being at work at the time my boss did not appreciate this). She gets back on the line and tells me that i never sent the package back and that now it is too late becuase they apparently have a cut off time of returns. And aside from that they said that they sent out two shipments to me.

I recieved one package. ONE! I told her that there must have been some mistake. And they gave me a tracking # which supposedly went to my house. Only one package delivered. From that point i was charge for product that was never recieved and I could not send it back after being lied to and hung up on and after frustration, I am still out 400+ dollars.
