While researching for an older movie that I had to watch for a school project, I stumbled upon this website cinamuse.com.  I typed in the movie I was looking for and they said they had it. So, reluctantly I put in my credit card which it stated would only be held for verification purposes, and logged on to watch the movie.  They did not have the movie that I was looking for.  So I signed off and left it alone. 

When I registered for cinamuse they asked me for my e-mail also.  In my e-mail I never recieved comfirmation of signing up for any service or any agreement for beginning or continuing a membership.  So I thought that because I did not download the movie then I did not complete the transaction.  No notification at all either way from cinamuse.com

Then today 8 days later I checked my credit card account and found a charge for 39.95 on it from this company called cinamuse.  It took me a few minutes to remember what this was and I called the toll free number to get this credited back to my account.  I also had another .32 charge for what they call an international fee that I needed to ask about.  When I called they automated person stated press 1 for cancelling your account and 2 for more information on charges to my account. 

As I listened to the automated person tell me there were no refunds for any reason but they would continue service for the remaining month, I began to get mad.  I had been doped!  I immediately went back to press one and cancelled my account.  I then proceeded to talk with a customer service represenative who was not nice at all.  She told me that I signed up and that an e-mail has now been sent to my e-mail address that confirms my cancelling the account.  
Ok, so you can tell me after you take my money???? that you took my money?? and you basically stole not only the 39.95 but the .32 also right out from under my nose.  Not cool.  

I realize that I have to be more careful about my use of the computer and websites I trust with my credit card now but feel that these types of people scaming us need to be stopped.  Please beware!  They will charge you they will not let you know about it and if you don't pay attention it will just go on and on!  Cinamuse.com (SCAMERS)
