among all the residents in our zip code, for the past week we have dropped calls, busy signals or no signals at all. at the mercy of ATT/ we are forced to use text messaging to communicate. I was told from their technical department this morning that it was a congestion problem and there was nothing they could do. So ATT has left us with no service for 3 hours a day and are not willing to add another tower but they will continue to charge us for full monthly service.

I know it won't be much, but have you asked for a credit on your account?

if it was working before and all the sudden it isnt, that would leave me to believe that there is a problem somewhere in the network they are trying to resolve.
