Cingular *WHERE DO I START*
My wife called Cingluar 3/23/05 reguarding our account for a phone upgrade. in our account manger it says she can upgrade her phone!! *WRONG* HERES WHERE THE LIES COME IN.....
the phone support person told her she could not upgrade due to account suspensions...we had *2* last year....but let me mind you the account says upgrade date 3/07/05
so today she called back and hte person helping her told her she could not upgrade due to the account suspensions. then they told her to wait another 2 weeks to april 7th" then her contact ends 4/07/05......she was told she will have better options for rate plans and ect,ect,ect,ect,ect!!
my Question is why does the online account manager state 3/07/05 but the phone support people tell you Something Different? i believe cingular nees the class action lawsuit to slow there asses down with ripping ppl off and fruad...
Customer care is a f***ing joke also....every time we call them we get a run-around- about this or that your your account has problems...bla,bla,bla,bla.

THATS THE REASON WHY OUR ACCOUNT HAD A SUSPENSION..MY WIFE USED OUR VISA CHECK CARD TO PAY OUR BILL WE DID THIS FRIDAY MORNING WE WOKE UP AND I TRYED TO USE MY PHONE TO MY SURPRISE OUT SERVICE WAS DISCONNECTED....SO MY WIFE CALLS THEM AND HTEY SAY WE DID NOT RECEVIE YOUR PAYMENT!!! MY WIFE SAYS CHECK THE ONLINE PAYMENT CENTER SO THE PHONE REP DOES *OHH THERE IS YOUR PAYMENT* YOUR PHONES WILL BE BACK ON IN MATTER OF MINUTES,OHH WAIT WE GET HIT WITH A RECONNECT FEE AT 36$X2 I HAVE 2 PHONES.
Cingluar blows...we are rasing the bar? yea right more like lining our pockets.
are they really for the customer? or for the money?
