I called Cintas billing department in the beginning in regards to being billed for amounts that were different then what we were quoted. The salesman lied to us and stated that we would be able to purchase polos and not be billed for the service for them. He also stated he would throw in a mat for our office at no additional charge.  We began recieving the invoices and the charges were incorrect. We were billed for polos we never recieved or wanted them to wash for us. I brought this to our billing ladies attention and was told to go ahead and pay the invoice amount and she would fix it. It was never fixed. We had 5 employees that were fitted for uniform service. Granted we are a paint and body shop and were not clearly explained to that if there was one drop of oil or paint on the uniforms we would be charged for damaged uniforms. Why would they even offer their services to our shop knowing this, except to screw the little guys right!!! We never recieved the polos or the mat yet we were being billed for these services. I refused to pay for something we were not getting. They sent us to collections. I responded in an email to our billing lady explaining that if they wanted to work it out we would, by paying for services rendered by them fixing the billing to not include the polos as we had not recieved them, but that we would no longer have services with them.  I never recieved a response. Their salesman lied to us about many things. He also stated not to tell Cintas that he told us this, but that we could get out of our contract if we were not happy with our services and they were not able to resolve it. This was exactly what happened and what we wanted to do. It was the worst experience with a big corp and we will never deal with big corps again. They sent our file to collection lawyers and the lawyers are now harassing us to pay them 5,000 not to take us to court. They are also threatening us to come take equipment from our shop and because we are a small business this would ruin us as a shop. A word to the wise do not do business with these guys. The salesman doesn't care about your business he is going to lie to you to put money in his own pocket. That's the problem with commission. We are still deciding what we are going to do. Contemplating starting a law suit for all the businesses being lied to and bullied by Cintas.

Cintas General manager came to our location and made good on the contract and agreement. They were very willing to meet and even exceeds our expectations. We are very satisfied with their response, and even going to continue uniform service with them. Kind of feel bad now that I laid it on so thick. Would definately recommend them for their upper management customer service and the uniforms they supply.
