Cintas Corporation CINTAS TARGETS SMALL BUSINESS CONTRACTS Everett, Washington

          I am in the third year of a five year contract with Cintas for linen delivery.  I realized they are going up little by little on pricing and the linen was junk, holy, stained.  I called to have them cancel the contract and they are taking this to arbitration and suing me.  They tried to say they will help me by making the order smaller.  They do everything to threaten you and come at inconvenient hours for a restaurant, like right in the middle of lunch and began arguing and holding the contract. 

          I wish I could hire an attorney.  I am really fed up with their lousy service and product... and when I see that Cintas truck pull up I really get angry.   They will do whatever it takes to make your life miserable.  They have no consideration for the economy or your business.  The contract does say I can reject the price increase, so that is where i am now.

          If you are considering a linen company do not choose Cintas five year contract which is ridiculous. This is unfair, and they target small business because they can usually scare them to finish the contract.  Beware of this company.
