Ciplex is a dishonest company with horrible management who do not take responsibilities for their actions, or in this case, lack of action.
Their online portfolio is completely NOT representative of their actual work. We were suckered into thinking this is a forward thinking company with creative designers. Only to realize, the artist we had on board for our project takes no direction, never listens to the client, and is extremely rude in responding to comments and suggestions made by us. The artist goes to the extreme with one design by COPYING another reference website we had provided. How is this acceptable? Why are we responsible for their negligence and lack of creativity?
At the end of every mock-up we get either penalized or billed for decisions Ciplex and their artist make on their own when we never approved of anything. As clients, we were never informed of when mock-ups were made, only to find that the artist did something and we had to pay for it. Such DISHONEST practices and a RIP-OFF.
Ciplex overbills for incomplete work, and fails to notify the client of any decisions made on their end. They had delayed responses for a time-sensitive project (they are aware of this, that's why we were on their Fast Track schedule) and do not get back to us under normal business hours. We have to keep contacting them only for someone to eventually respond via email.
Ciplex never delivered what we paid for. We as clients have been over-charged, under-served, and treated very rudely by their company staff.
Do not trust their fancy website. They did not deliver what was initially discussed and made no efforts to resolve this fairly.
Bottom line: STAY AWAY from Ciplex or you'll get your money cheated away too.

Upon investigation:
This complaint was expressed by an employee at our company who did not have direct involvement in this project. However, due to circumstances, this employee had already posted on Rip Off Report without knowledge by our management. Unfortunately, we are unable to remove this review given Rip Off Reports policy. We apologize on behalf of our company to Ciplex if any damages are done to their reputation due to this review.
Though a mismatch between the first assigned designer and our representatives was the cause of the unconstructive start, best efforts were made by Ciplexs CEO with our company to mitigate the situation. Though we have reached a win-win solution for both companies, our Sr. Management decided to abort the project, a disappointment to both parties.
Bottom line:
We appreciate Ciplexs approach and would like to refute the complaint towards them. Most importantly, they are an honest company and have a strong sense of professionalism. We apologize for any negative remarks made towards Ciplex and refute the criticism filed by our employee.
