I am MORTIFIED at the treatment my daughter-in-law received when she went in for her appointment!  She was verbally abused by Jessica Hess, Nurse Practitioner!  Regardless of what my daughter-in-law stated, Jessica Hess was abusive, and NEVER did the test nor treatment for what my daughter-in-law went in there for!   Her deliberate actions of verbal, emotional and mental abuse that she laid down on my daughter-in-law are grounds for official complaints to the state!  She is reckless in her behavior and although she is only a Nurse Practitioner, she is clearly practicing outside of her scope and more than her license allows!  My daughter-in-law is traumatized by this abusive behavior and I am shocked that such an individual is working anywhere!  

I want to know why this individual *thinks* she has the right to abuse a patient, refuse to treat the patient, yet take the co-payment, even though she never treated her for the reason her appointment was made!
