Circuit City Advantage Protection Plan never fixed my computer Richmond Virginia

I had been having problems with my computer it kept freezing up. I reported the problem back in April 2008. They have sentTechnicians out to service it and the technicians would never stay to complete the job. They would leave and say let the recovery run and then it should be fixed. Well we have done this task several time and it never was repaired. This went on for months and it is still not repaired.They told me in July that they were going to sent me another harddrive. I have called several times and heard all kinds of excuses for example they gave the harddrive that was promised to me to someone else of course by mistake. Today's date is August 18,2008 and I am still without a computer(harddrive). They are the worse andto think we purchased an extendy warranty so that we would have coverage if something like tis was to happen. I will never purchase any type of electronic equipment from Circuit City ever. My next move is to sue.
