Circuit City.Com Pre-Order Gambit on Video Game (Super Smash Bros) Internet

I pre-ordered and paid for Super Smash Bros. Brawl video game (Wii). It was my understanding that pre-ordering would guarantee me the game on the day of release. The game was released yesterday, and the ordered isn't shipping until at least tomorrow (although the company was vague on that). I was told that the expected date of receipt is March 25, or two full weeks following the game's release. I would have just been better off going to a brick and mortar store to pick up the game yesterday, and think that the pre-order is fraudulent if it doesn't ship for days after release.

The Customer Service rep (Latasha) was particularly nasty, and singularly unhelpful.
