I read and understood the $39.99 fee. My problem is I was urged to use PayPal because if I did I would get my loan terms available to me instantly. Because Micro states PayPal's identity verification is faster and accurate which prevents fraud. I used PayPal and have sine received nothing, not a word since my payment was received. So I tried to call their customer service number (888) 913 6100, was told it was disconnected. By now I am panicking. Then I get their other number from PayPal 949-707-5817 and it is nothing other than an answering machine. I used their email system and still to no avail no word from them. I have filed claim with PayPal and printed everything on ever paged displayed. My sister is an attorney in Woodland hills California. After finding this site I may ask her to look into a class action suit against Circuit Micro.
Like I said my problem was not my fee charged, only the
misrepresentation. I have never seen such an unprofessional company. I mean really who in the world has a phone system like this? I don't know anyone who would not think after all this that this is not a scam.Oh and the crap about if you did not get an email from us, it is because you gave us an invalid email address, is just that CRAP. Funny how PayPal got me my receipt of the money I paid you just fine through that same email address.

I started reading the circuit micro rip offs after searching for circuit city and finding that this website intermingles them.
At first, I was responding so that ppl wouldn't get Circuit Micro mixed up with Circuit City.
The more I read, the more annoyed I got at you, and your company.
I have never said I would sue you, I am not about to buy anything from you, or let anyone I know do so.
I do believe the ppl you have screwed over, need to get together and sue you.
I believe that you feel very comfortable that they won't, as they are more than likely low income families therefore without the means to fight you. I hope someone proves that wrong, and nails you.
You have absolutely NO excuse for your lack of customer service. 1 800 number not working. No replies to emails. You're multiple names. Customers are not able to contact your company after doing the application process. You seem shady, and so does your company. This website only goes to prove that.
You have not ONCE explained, or apologized for the above mentioned. You, come on here and insult your customers instead.
I wonder how you can look into the mirror. Then again, you probably can't.
Oh, and a little about me, I am the type to tell the blunt truth, try to help anyone I can. I run my own business. NEVER worked for Circuit City (do some reasearch, there are no Circuit Citys in Canada. not untill about a month ago when they bought a canadian company). Will laugh my @ss off at all your responses.

It seems as you work for Circuit City since you can be found on many of their complaints protecting their company, calling consumers stupid on much worse issues then this.
Get a life, Mrs. Opinioned, we should sue this guy, who are you? You couldn't sue a chicken, especially since all you do is make poor remarks and that is about it. You remind me of one of those nosy neighbors who are always to busy looking over the fence spying on their neighbors because their own life sucks. It's quite creepy, people like you give me the goose pumps; you are like the peeping Tom
looking to molest a child.

if your sister is a Lawyer, have her send out a PI on this guy as no one on this website has been able to get a hold of him, with all the disconnected numbers, not answering emails. There is more then enough complaints on this website to make a class action.
I have never dealt with him, fell upon Circuit Micro when researching Cirucit City and MAN this guy p*sses me off to no end.
