Well where should i beggin
On Sept of 2006 i was looking to buy my "1th laptop" i own 3 pc in the past so i was
pricing "Dell,Gateway,Circuitcity,Best Buy and 2 other local store that do sale on the internet also"
So i look and i detern that dell might be the best price range so i when down to see there machine that i saw at the kioas at the mall and they told me that it will be order but it will take 4 to 6 week "so what i did is print out what i'm looking for and i start looking at Bestbuy and they could do nothing so i looking at circuitcity " and the beggin of my nightmare "
before i go any futher "please people advoid store#3686"
so i when to the computer dept and i spoke to on of salepeople and i so the dell ad to him and he said he got the machine that is BETTER that dell so he said "i be right back" so i wait and wait for 15min and he got the keys and took this "laptop" that was for display use
and he show me this laptop is all scratch on the bottom and well the scratch dont effect the laptop "operation" but he gave me a good price with a CCAdvantage and right before buy it "i ask 3 time to other salepeople & firedog technition " to looking at this laptop and they never or i assume they look at this already "they do a daily checkup - i assume "
"and you can call me the biggest idiot "but i end up buy it"
so shot over into mid january 2007
i desided to try the dvd/cdrw and to my SHOCK there is video but no audio and i running and lookin up stuff to see what is the problem and so i call CC Customer service which in tern told me to speak to CCAdvantage so this is my argument
that store #3686 passoff and un-test /un-check laptop and sell to me and "cross there finger that this laptop dont blow up "
i fell that CC Advantage was 0% help but they sent me a box to sent it for repair i got the box but i going to fight this !
"both the firedog and CC Advantage tech determ that the cd-drive was defective"
so while i was at the store i drop my machine off now flash 2 day i get a call on my cell and this person "lack any english - is just jibberish" so i when there and they tell me that to take this laptop into my possesion "what you were suppose to ship this out 2 day ago MORE LIED ON TOP OF LIED"
so is in the middle of the month after about 20 more call i call on 2/16/07 and i want to speak the the district manager who work in that area so after this cust.support who was VERY helpful to track down the district manager and left a message to the DM and sure enough i get a call about late in the evening and is was a call from "store #3686"
and i explain everything including my case number "from CC Support and my CC Advantage" he was helpful and looking to keep me happy and he said that the DM will call me tomorrow so i will keep you posted
oh i almost forgot i thought another CC store will help well also avoid store#3679 they lied to me about not finding my case "is my # cell "
they offer 0% help "is not my problem"
