Circuitcity.com ripoff, fradulent, false advertisement, and misrepresentation of product Ilinois Internet

I bought a labtop on circuit city.com and the product that arrived was not what was advertised online. I then decided to file a complain by the phone through customer service but was told i had to leave a message to the corporate online manager. So i left him a message stating there must of been an error on the product recieved from them because the laptop arrived in Spanish from the software to the keyboards. Eventually they contacted me after about a week and stated that this was the product i ordered. I told them that there was no way on earth i ordered a product in spanish< i read the product in english and saw a large image of it and expect to recieve what i paid for.

So i told them i want the english version I ordered. They then said they sold outof those products. So i said well i want my full refund back and they said there would be a re-stocking fee of about 200 dollars. Which was too much. Therefore i want to get this matter resolved please help me. All i want is my full refunded money back at this point. The person in charge who i spoke to is Donald Gardner} his dierect number is 1804- 527-4000 extension -588446.

This is a case dealt with a misrepresentation of the product,leading to false advertisement.
