Citgo-Affinion Benefit Group Insurance premium paid thur Citgo. The premium was raised, I had automatic withdrawal from my bank, the incorrect amount was taken out of my bank, citgo charged me a $39.00 late fee for a $16.50 insur Columbus, Ohio

insurance premium was being paid by citgo, the premium was increased, the money was automatic from my bank, citgo charged me $39 for several months for a late charge on a $16.50 premium. they made 23 phone calls to my home in 2 days. I had requested the policy insurance premium be removed from citgo many times.
