I wrote their on-line customer help center which replied that I will receive it in two billing cycles. Crazy. I want my time back.
Don't fall for these "get 20,000 American Advantage Miles" free scams. I have always known Citi Card/Bank, whatever to offer horrible customer service and wish I hadn't have bothered. Don't need the hassle.
