In June 2012 I put in a cash offer to buy a condo in Dayton Ohio.  As of this date (8/25/2012) I still have not heard if my offer was accepted or not.  I was told that by making a cash offer it would cout down on the amount of time it would take to get a response.  When I tried to contact CitiMortgage directly I was given the run around and told to contact my realtor.  What is the hold up and what do I need to do to get an answer on where I stand?
