CitiMortgage Stealing my house after Bait & Switch on Mortgage Modification Sioux Falls, South Dakota

my house is now up 4 sale thanks to the lying, criminal, heartless, calculating folks @ CITIMORTGAGE...2 yrs ago due 2 overwhelming medical expenses I asked for a mortgage mod...They told me2 pay an amt that was 65% of... my payment while they reviewed my case...drug their feet & stalled for 1 1/2 yrs-They constantly lost my paperwork or wanted paperwork sent a different way or to change documents.  It was constant state of anxiety as they sent registered letters, texts, e-mails and spending pointless extra money on SENDING DUPLICATE OF EVERY DOCUMENT TO A HUSBAND THAT HAS NEVER EXISTED!!

They approved the modification after a bait & switch- I worked with a fair housing representative and we talked to Citi Mortgage Representative and we were quote one payment that I was happy about and could afford.  When thepaperwork was sent it was $120 MORE a month and I've heard this happens to alot of people! ..6 months after paying new amount BAM THEY FILED FORECLOSURE because i hadnt been paying whole payment for 1 1\2 yrs..The american dream turned into a NIGHTMARE.  I had requested court mediation- this was a joke and only consisted of Citimortgage asking for ALL OF THE INFORMATION THEY HAD RECEIVED TO DO THE MODIFICATION THE FIRST TIME. 

The 2nd call was Citimortgage saying they needed moret time to review a new modification.  The third call Citimortgage once again said they needed more time to review- The court representative said I was only given 3 MEDIATION CALLS AS I AM SURE CITIMORTGAGE IS AWARE----the court closed it's case.  The NEXT DAY i RECEIVED NOTIFICATION THAT THEY DENIED NEW MODIFICATION AND FORECLOSURE WAS GOING THROUGH.  The big wigs at Citimortgage are heartless crooks and the courts and thegovernment are ALLOWING THEM TO SCHEME AND CON THE AMERICAN PUBLIC!!!
