Citifinancial Retail Services ripoff deceptive company South Hackensack New Jersey

I bought a 1000$ surround sound system through a wherehouse and got it financed through citifinancial. The 1st 8 months of payments were fine then all of a sudden they start sending my bill to the wrong address. I get a late fee notice one month later, and I call them and tell them to correct my address. They waived the late fee. The following month I never recieve my bill again. I call them up and tell them it's still being sent to the wrong address. The lady tells me she'll waive the late fee again.

Well next month comes along and guess what??- No bill again! They start calling me telling me I owe the balance plus 2 late fees. I told them my late fee from last month was supposed to have been waived. They had no record of that on file so they wouldn't waive it. I finally paid off the whole balance since they couldn't get there s--- together. I realized I owed the money but when all of a sudden they send my bills to the wrong address and won't correct it then hit me up for late charges each time I think that's total b.s.
