Citi mortgage reported had a judgement put on my credit report for a property that does not belong to me.  In order for a judgement to be entered against someone you need to be the owner AND on the promisary note (promise to pay).

After taking a look at my credit report i saw that not 1 but 2 judgments had been entered against me.  When i called customer service they reviewed my case and told me that i was right and what i needed to do to have it corrected

In order for me to even speak to anyone it took nearly 4 hours in attempts because of the automated service.  When i finally did speak to someone i couldnt talk to them because i didnt know the information for the account they were charging me for.  I wouldnt know the informatio because it is not my account.

They were rude and not helpful and when they finally admitted that they made a mistake all they could tell me was too fax or mail my information and that it could take up to 30 days before they processed it.  Then they told me that it could take 60 days for the credit agencys to correct the mistake they made.

SEVERAL other people have issued complaints about CITIMORTGAGE for poor service and making big mistakes and taking little ownership of their own errors. These complaints are posted all over the internet i would advise to research before you look into their services (or lack of)

I will never use CITI GROUP for anything no banking mortagaes or anything.  They are another corporate muscle head taking advantage of people.  I could not even get a single phone number that was a direct line. they funnel everyone to the automated phone and provide little if any help.
