Max Byfuglin is a fraud and a cheat. During my home purchase he told me my loan was locked, it wasn't, my loan was approved, it wasn't and then never returned a single call, text oe email. Max literally hid from me and I almost lost my home (I was saved by another bank). He sounds really persuasive in the beginning and then he hides from you during the most frustrating part of your life. He is a scoundrel and should be fired as he is doing Citibank a disservice and providing a bad taste in peoples mouths. Stay away from him. You've been warned.

After being informed today that this post exists by a client who decided to work with me i decided to see what is being said about me on the Internet. I find it laughable that this post is allowed to exist as there are no details or facts in it. It could very well be anyone. My ethics are of the highest standards and my business grows by referrals and as horrible as this post is, it is simply not true and completely false. Anyone who knows me knows that I do not shy away from anything let alone a problem. I am a solution oritented person and in fact I love situations where there is an opportunity for me to be the 'go to' expert. Moreover, my income is based on how many loans I close and it absolutely behooves me to close every loan possible. Never would I ever leave anyone hanging like that ... Not in a business or personal sense. I can happily say that this post by me will be the last time I think about this situation because as mentioned it is totally false.
