Citizens Bank Of Rhode Island $195 few cups of coffee! old lyme, Connecticut

 I am a small business owner that made deposits to checking account on a Friday and next day (Saturday) nearly $3000.00.  The following Monday and Tuesday my son used business debit card for a small purchases (some as small as 6 dollars) coffee type purchases with debit card. Citizens Bank charged one fee of $78, another $117, another $117 for  using card until checks cleared. After talking with service reps, a manager all that they would credit back was $117. This is stealing, in my book! Why do the banks spend millions to get customers providing them with gifts, etc and then rip them off?  I am struggling to pay my mortgage and upset that citizens bank is stealing our  hard earned money.  I am going to close the account and suggest all considering banking with a big bank to instead open their new accounts with either a credit union or small bank. Lets fight back we do have a choice!
