They also clear outgoing funds in a given day, before clearing incoming funds, so as to use the overdraft account any time they can. Not nice Citizens!
Two years ago I would have given them an A+. Now they get a failing grade with Bank of America (the bank we left for them). We will be leaving them shortly.
